i find nadal's exact response a little strange:

"Nobody can say something like that without information."
"The only way to stop this sort of speculative talk is to take the
matter to the courts," Nadal said.

exactly. i'd say, "this lying b*tch has caused me harm and i'm
completely innocent." instead, his words are if to say "hey, she
couldn't have known of any evidence."

i don't like the response, but that doesn't make him guilty.
