There is no big four any more, both Federer and Murray need to win a slam to be considered as Big 3. Djoker and Stan do have the run on the board this year. We may only see Big three at the end of this year.

Big Four is history!

It was fun while it lasted.

By the end of the year when the Dustin settles, we should know if there
is a Big Three or only Big Two.

Still too early to tell.
But Nadal is out for sure.

No, No, NO! You don't understand!
Where Fed is concerned, BOAT is determined ONLY by his H2H vs Nadal
(who is 5 yrs younger) and nothing else and vice versa. Although
both Fed & Nadal have each played Djoker more, Nadal's slumping H2H
& Fed's even H2H (23-21 & 20-20) vs Djoker (6 yrs younger than Fed)
doesn't help the Fedhaters' cause to bring those H2H numbers into
the discussion.

You have now totally confused us with mixing terms and defs: - "BOAT = best of all time" and "BOtE"/"BOE" = best of era. Add plulars like BOATS and GOATS and co into mix...and noone has any track if talking about what or not...

Technically BOAT does not make any sense in non-measurable sport like tennis. Practically infinite variables and configurations of boat creds can be used as terms and parameters for every available purpose and opinion.

BOE makes sense for sure but it is still subjective stuff mostly.

But it does make sense when we're talking 'wow, this guy is playing the
best stuff ever'. We don't say that about a guy when he's getting
smacked left & right by his biggest rival many times over many years.

What do you say about a BOAT who could make only 1 slam final out of possible 12 HC when his rival made 10 out of 12 ? BOAT should not be someone who could only dominate a single surface in his era while trailing his rival by sizable margin on others.
