A few observations :
1. Federer played night all throughout this tourney. Playing the final during the day hurt his chances. Please note that I am not making excuses as I put Federer's chances around 20% if Federer played the match of his life @ night. But I do think it made some difference. I predicted a scoreline of 6-2 6-3, and was off by one game.
2. Nadal was playing at a pretty high level by the end (didn't have to push himself) but he still may face some problems if he faces Djoker.
3. Dimitrov, Paire, and Jerzy are good talents with the former two having attractive games. I hope they don't squander it.
4. Federer's only chance at FO is if Djoker knocks off Nadal. Even then his form is to erratic day to day to make any estimates on his chances.

Nobody wants to see them in your draw... especially at Wimbledon.
Also Gulbis was pretty damn impressive. Too bad that he sort of nalbies
around and wakes up couple tournaments every couple years. Will RG be
the other one or will he have a standard performance, losing at 1st round...

Paire was the revelation here for me....I knew he had a nice game with a lot

of variety.....but it was nice to see him put it all together and hang tough
for a tournie. Definite potential there.
