She was in her 2006 form today. Her serving was spot on(like pre-
shoulder surgery spot on), she moved well and she painted the lines
like nobody's business. Great to see her beat Azarenka who has to be
the most unappealing number one since Safina. Azarenka is the female
version of Djokovic when it comes to retirements. Today she had a
supposed wrist injury after she lost the first set, but then went on
to miraculously play a good second set. She is a phony. I can't stand
her.
There are a few good women coming up the ranks. Mona Barthel who
defeated Ivanovic and almost defeated Azarenka is very talented and
Angelique Kerber is also a talent. Women's top ten to twenty is more
interesting than the men's IMO with less clowns.
