Suppose that's to make up for the lack of hiring "Hispanics" in the
Obama Government where
Hispanics are 6% of the Federal workforce but over 16% of the U.S.
population.

According to the most recent polls, among likely Latino voters,
Obama's lead over Romney is between 40 and 50 freakin' points! I doubt
that Mitt would regard this group as an important constituency for his
patronage rewards. :) He also didn't do himself any favors with his
wisecracks about the possible benefits to his campaign if he had been
born Mexican.

That was the deciding factor. Not only did he lose Hispanic vote... he
also lost the Swiss vote! ;-P

They were better with prior presidents when they were near 6% of the
population and
6% of workforce.

Under Obama
Blacks are 13% of population/near 20% of workforce
Whites over 63% of population/66% of workforce
Hispanics near 17% of popultn/ 8% of workforce
Asians are about the same 5% and 5% of workforce.







"Hispanics" have been at 6% of the U.S. Federal workforce
