It's a 1/8 chance that the Swiss, seeded in the WG playoffs, will draw
unseeded Brasil.
The last tie between the two countries was in Geneva in 1992, when
Rosset and Hlasek were doing some damage, thus Brasil will host the
next meeting.
If the draw works out this way -- but Fed doesn't play!! -- we're
going to have a very disappointed Gio on our hands here.
