Pull Buoy question-use for working free style 
  hello, I was swimmning with a pull buoy to work on arm placement etc.. w/ free style.. I was using a larger size buoy- swim was great. The following day, worked with a smaller size buoy and found the swim akward, could swimming with a smaller buoy negatively impact a swim?
