Hi,

Yes, Naaaarwich have appointed MIKE WALKER as manager. MW was Colchester's
manager before he was sacked for winning 8 consecutive games and being top of
the 4th division (3years ago). Phil Neal was favorite for the job but didn't
want to move to Naaarwich. Can't blame him really, can you!

Mike Walker, the original coach or assistant manager has been given the job. Phil Neale didn't get it.

Yes Norwich have appointed Phil Walker as their new manager. I think he
already had a position within the club, assistant manager, coach etc.

The favourite for the post was ex Liverpool player Phil Neal but according
to Norwich he wanted to commute from Liverpool to do the job, but the Norwich
board felt that this would mean he spent too much time travelling instead
of managing.

OK I sliped up here, I did mean Mike Walker. Its difficult to be perfect every
moment of the day especially in the middle of exams.
