...or you may discover the new home of Phony Pfuhrer Radio (formerly
known as Radio Chuckiestan):

http://www.procyonbroadcasting.com

And somebody is up to his old tricks: according to the site, Ashley
Wagner of "Violet Town, Victoria" is ahead after the short program at
NHK Trophy, and if she wins, she will be the "first Australian lady to
make the Grand Prix final since Sarah Hughes".

It's going to get worse: the site's FAQ now includes an "under
construction" section on Gymnastics. I hope somebody remembers that
nobody from Cuba competed in the 1984 Summer Olympics because CUBA
BOYCOTTED THE 1984 SUMMER OLYMPICS...

But apparently he's gotten his stories crossed again - the website
lists the next event as:
"2009 Havanatur Trophy - 12-15 November 2009 - Havana, Cuba"

(Or is this the event that will feature the showdown between B. Miroz
of Guatemala and J. Wehr of Barbados, while USA's Brandon Mroz and
Johnny Weir will be at the ISU Grand Prix event in Lake Placid at the
same time?)

I just want to know HOW you found it. The main page is not even in any
of the search engines yet. The message board just appeared in the
search engiines, but no other parts of the site have appeared in the
search engines yet. So it perplexes me on how you found it.

And HOW in the BLOODY HELL did you manage to get on without being
detected by StatCounter? Just like Chuckie did, Procyon Brodcasting
continues to use StatCounter, and the ony IP of any ChuckieNemsisis
(tm) that I recognised is that of Tom Groom. I was able to identify
his IP on Sonic.net(and the fact that he uses Mac OS X sticks out like
a sore thumb), but I did not see any known IP of dgs or Jeanne
Douglas, nor any IPs of any Tor proxies, any web-based proxies, or any
of the various proxy lists on the Net.

I am surprised that anyone can avoid being logged by StatCounter,
since the code executes whenver you visit any part of the page where
StatCounter is installed.

And the one deal we have still stands. Leave Procyon Broadcasting
alone, and we will quit posting to alt.skate.figure. We want NO
TROUBLE with dgs and his mates. So the offer still stands, don't
bother Procyon Brodcasting, and we won't bother you on
alt.skate.figure, ok?

That was something else from when I owned the station. When
I owned it, we had that "under construction" section in the
FAQ for years, but never got around to working on that
part of the FAQ. I was going to work on that one day,
but never got around to it. Hopefully Procyon broadcasting
will get around to finishing that up someday.

I also checked for known proxies, Tor nodes, and anonymity services
and nothing showed. That is the first time I have ever seen anyone
able to defeat StatCounter, without hacking into the system and
removing the code. The code is there, it executes, how you managed to

No, it is where you agree not to bother us, as the new owners of what
is now Procyon Broadcasting, and you agree not to harass us in any
way, just agree to that and we will leave you alone. What is so hard
to understand about that. You don't bother me, and I don't bother you.
I think that is a fair agreement. We will accept nothing less than
you agreeing not to bother us on Procyon Broadcasting in return for us
not posting on alt.skate.figure. Just agree to that deal and we will
leave you alone on alt.skate.figure

P.S. Chuckie does not own the station any more., We bought the station
from Chuckie. What part of that don't you understand.

Type the following search query into Google (include the quotes):

"alpha crucis" "new name"

The first link is to Live365 station "newmanc6619", which has the new
name all over it.

I didn't bother Procyon Broadcasting at all.
Don't confuse me with DGS or anyone else.
However, I do have a habit of making corrections to obvious mistakes
(for example, that Havana was ever a site for the 2009 ISU Grand
Prix).

Here is my deal: stop making mistakes about what figure skating events
exist, where events are held, and where skaters are born and which
countries they represent, as well as the availability of flights
between particular cities and the political status of certain parts of
the world (e.g. Hawaii), especially outside of figure skating
newsgroups, and I'll keep quiet here.

However, if I see mistakes, I tend to correct them. You can search
Google Groups for what I have done with "The Simpsons" since 1993 or
so if you need any evidence of this.

Speaking of which, here are some questions you can answer:

1. Where was figure skater Brian Joubert born?

2. Where was figure skater Ashley Wagner born?

3. What countries do these two currently represent? (Hint:
"countries" is plural.)

4. How many entries in each of the four figure skating disciplines
(men's, ladies', pairs, dance) is Australia allowed at the 2010 Winter
Olympics?

That must have been some old data that was not updated. I do thank you
for bringing that to our attention. It has been changed to Skate
America in Lake Placid, and I am en route right now as I write this,
from Australia, with a planned arrival in Lake Placid on Sunday night.

You also "forgot" to "update" the fact that the men's winner at NHK
Trophy was not "Australian-born Brian Jouber" but Poitiers,
France-born Brian Joubert, and that the Nassau Cup was NEVER
considered part of the ISU Grand Prix. Only Phoney Pfuhrers like
Chuckie would think that Nassau was ever on the ISU Grand Prix list
(or that it was moved because of "a mystery flu in Ukraine that could
be spread to Cuba" - which is strange, as Nassau Cup was supposedly to
be in the Bahamas - but somehow, this flu cannot be spread to Canada),
or that either Brian Joubert or Ashley Wagner were born in Australia.

Since I am such a trusting person, I will give you the benefit of the
doubt...once.

First, Chuckie does not own this station anymore

Second, the way we do it makes us harder to spot. We buy tickets way
high up at the top rows. There will be nobody around us, as we buy out
whole a whole section of seats way up in the top of the arena where we
can broadcast without disturbing anyone else, and, likely, not being
distrbed.

Third, all you have to do is agree to leave us alone, and we will stop
posting here. We want no trouble with you. I don't know what kind of
beef you and Chuckie, the previous owner, had, but leave us out of it,
ok? It is such a simple request, and we find it only fair. Leave us

For those wondering about forum registrations going back to 2007. That
is likely when the previous owner of the site set up toe board.
Remember, we just bought the station, so the admin account will have
the registration date of when the board was originally installed on
the server. So don't let the dates fool you

"distrbed" ?

Chuckie, you're already mentally disturbed. Event security has already

This is not Chuckie, this is the new owners of the former Alpha Crucis
Radio, what part of that do you not seem to grasp?

You gotta catch us first. Another trick in our repetoire is to use
unsecured WiFi access points nearby. It still amazes me how many
chumps don't secure their WiFi access points. We simply hook onto one
of those, and use an encrypted VPN back to our server, so that we
cannot be eavesdropped upon.

That is one reason we often buy up a whole block of seats up at the
top level. It allows us to comment without disturbing other patrons,
and being up that high allows us to connect to more wireless access
points. with a SuperCantenna, and a WiFi amplifier, we can get out
quite a ways. Our antenna setup gives the setup about 65 watts ERP,
enough to access normal access points as far away as 5 miles. We also
need all that space for our gear, which includes the computer, Wifi
Amplifier, and Cantenna. Broadcasting from way up in the rafters
allows us to broadcast without disturbing other patrons.

I just come back a while ago from taking a rented Cessna up and
scanning the area for unsecured wireless access points, and it amazes
me how many chumps in Lake Placid still fail to secure their wireless
access points.

We want no trouble with you. All you have to do is agree to let us run
our online radio station, and agree not to bother us, and we won't
bother you. Leave us alone, and we will leave alt.skate.figure alone.
I think it is more than a fair agreement.

And we think that it is an equally fair agreement that if you don't

For example, here is a mistake from the website: "No American ladies,

by the way, competed for the USA at the 2006 Winter Olympics - the

Here is another one: the site claims that the Ryan Bradley who is
competing in Skate America is "from Tinson Pen, which is in the
Kingston area" (of Jamaica). I assume the site is confusing some
Jamacian skater named Ryan Bradley who, I assume, was going to be at
the Cup of Chuckie event in Havana before it was mysteriously
cancelled because it never existed - ER, UH, because of a supposed
threat of attack from Cuban expats in Florida - with the Ryan Bradley
attending Skate America, who was born in Missouri and has always
represented the USA, because only Phoney Pfuhrers from Chuckiestan
would claim that they were the same person.

She was an entrant a few days ago, but that has apparently changed, so

just go to the web site to find out, once the Skate America entries

While you're at it, here are some others you can correct:

1. Tonya Harding was born in Portland, Oregon, USA, and not
Queenstown, Tasmania, Australia, and she competed for the USA at the
1991 World Figure Skating Championships (as well as the 1992 Winter
Olympics). I really wish you wouldn't get your biographical
information from Chuckie.

(For a minute, I thought you were talking about Tanya Harding, the
softball player, but she was born in Brisbane.)

2. Sasha Cohen won't be at the North American Figure Skating
Championships, as they happen to be at the same time (and, incredibly
enough, in the same city) as the U.S. Figure Skating Championships
(which play a major role in determining who skates for the USA in the
Vancouver Olympics).

He still does not get it. We buy a whole block of seats
wwwwwwwwaaaaaaaaaayyyyyyyy up at the top of the arena, where people
generally do not want to sit. IN this ecconomy, such blocks of seats
are even easier to buy. Even in the Olympics, such blocks of seats are
not that difficult to obtain. We already have such blocks of seats
purchased for all the Olympic figure skating events in Vancouver. In
THIS economy, the topmost rows are even harder to sell, so even at the
Olympics, so it was not that difficult to buy out such blocks of
seats. So we are all set to go for the Olympics, as well as Skate
America, Skate Canada, GP Final, North Americans, Europeans, 4cs and
Worlds.

It was not that difficult to buy out such blocks of seats for the
Olympic gymnastics event in Beijing. Its just a matter of buying from
the right "scalpers". We are one of one's scalper's best customers. We
call him, and he gets us what we need within a few days. This bloke
knows what he is doing. He has gotten us what we need for these
Olympic events:

Figure skating (all events except cumpulsory dance(though that is
likely to come through within the next week))
Hockey (semi-finals, plus gold and bronze medal games(preliminary
games still pending))
Short track (all events)
Snowboard (all events)

We will be so high up at the topmost rows, that nobody is going to
spot us. We will be high up enough where we will certainly not be
distrubing anyone, and nobody will disturb us. We will have plenty of
room for our gear without disturbing other patrons

And I will say it again. When you agree not to harass or persue or
online radio and TV network, we will stop posting to all
alt.skate.figure. Agree to that, and we will quite disturbing you.

And I must say again, Chuckie no longer owns this radio and TV
network, so just leave us out of whatever beef you have with him.

Er, the availability of such blocks is irrelevant, isn't it? Don't
you think that (choose one or more of: the RCMP, NBC, whoever owns the
rights to broadcast the events in Canada) is going to be a little
suspicious of somebody sitting in the middle of an otherwise empty
block of seats? Never mind that they're nosebleed seats; that's
usually where the terrorists hide, so they can be as far away from the
target as possible.

Pardon me for asking, but (a) where did you get the money, and (b) do

Canada?

If you can see the competitors, security will certainly be able to see

I turns out the problem is with StatCounter itself. It is suddenly

StatCounter is saying she is on Oakland, Ca. and Don is being shown is
being in Berkeley when he is in the LA area, so I did not spot it at

Up in the top rows like that it can be pretty dark. Just watch the
broadcasts of our competitors, such as WebTV or Ice Network, you will
see that is is quite dark up there at the top. Which is why we won't
be spotted. And we are just about to wrap up the first of three days
of skating broadcasts from Lake Placid, and nothing yet from dgs and
his goons. The way we do it, there is no way we can be spotted up at
the topmost rows, in the dark.

Chuckie, you're too stupid to understand how arena security works. This
will be demonstrated easily.

> Just watch the

Other than the fact that WebTV and Ice Network aren't your competitors
BECAUSE THEY ARE LEGITIMATE BROADCASTING ENTERPRISES WITH LEGITIMATE
RIGHTS TO BROADCAST, you have nothing to see, Chuckie.

> see that is is quite dark up there at the top. Which is why we won't

So, Chuckie, you're clearly too stupid to know this, but ... security
has seen everything you posted about this. Security has very effective
protocols for ensuring they know which seats are occupied and which
seats aren't. They also have things like infrafred glasses and very
effective flashlights, and unlike you, Chuckie, they know the layout
of their venue pretty well, and they know that "pretty dark" is a
meaningless term used by a mentally ill nutcase. But the best part,
Chuckie, is that they kept me in the loop when they did a special kind
of sweep, one that is 100% effective at rooting out idiots who think
they're "hiding in the dark" in the upper rows They do it before the
lights go down, afterwards, and throughout the show, Chuckie. Want to
guess who was in the upper seats, Chuckie, with a swathe of unoccoupied
seats around them? NOBODY, Chuckie. Not a single solitary person. Not
even a furtive, mentally ill wackjob pretending to "broadcast" the
event, Chuckie, and desperately hiding his "microphone" when the search
beams crossed over the seats.

So we did a multi-search on tickets sold, not just in the database, but
in the hard-copies, the admissions scanned, and the DVD backups. No
isolated blocks of seats in the upper rows were sold, Chuckie. None.
Don't bother lying about "hacking" into the system, either, Chuckie.
Security and staff were warned long in advance, and made multiple
redundant backups so that they could compare records, Chuckie, including
DVD backups that were loaded into systems isolated from the network.
Tickets are also scanned on entry into the venue, Chuckie, and if they
don't match the database, they're rejected as invalid or counterfeit.

You weren't there, Chuckie. You're a lying piece of crap, Chuckie.

> And we are just about to wrap up the first of three days

Um, no, Chuckie, you never did that either. We used an international
network of relays and servers to simply re-broadcast your crap, in real
time and with virtually no delay, with no IP blocking. We were easily
able to listen anywhere we wanted to listen, Chuckie. There was the
usual horrible, stupid, and downright ugly selection of some of the
crappiest, god-awful "music programming" known to mankind, Chuckie, but
as far a a "radio broadcast" of any ice skating from Lake Placid ...
nothing. Not a word. Just more of your insipidly disgusting "music
stream," Chuckie.

Game, set, and match, Chuckie. You're a lying fraud, Chuckie. You were
never there, Chuckie.

Leave here, now, Chuckie, you lying bucket of scum. Begone and DROP
DEAD NOW!

Ah, there is technology now which can infradred night vision googles.
There are instructions on how to build an IR jammer which effectively
blinds any night vision device. It can also blind traffic speed
cameras as well, so I can do 130 kph on the freeway, and any automated
speed ticket cameras won't get a usable picture, where such speed
cameras are in use, especially in France and Britain. So I can do 130
kph (my preferred freeway speed), and don't have to worry about any
speed cameras issuing me a ticket. I use them back home in Queensland
on the Sunshine and Pacific motorways, to avoid getting a ticket.
Basically it uses IR wavelengths that are invisible to the human eye,
but render night vision goggles useless, as well as traffic speed
cameras. So all the authorities get when they review the video
recording is few seconds of a blinding IR transmission as I pass near
the camera.

We we were broadcastnig SA. And I can assure you there were no such
relays connected. The logs show no such relays connected to the
stream. The pages for audio (and video) that are behind the country
filter have StatCounter code on them. StatCounter shows no connections
from known relays. The blocking list is also updated with all the
latest known Tor proxies, and all proxies from the public proxy lists
frm the likes of Samair, Xroxy, and Proxy4Free. We have the restricted
stream locked down pretty good, and full logging. If you had been on
there, StatCounter would have detected it, as well as the Shoutcast
logs. For the restricted stream, we use Shoutcast, with an embedded
Windows Media interface inside a browser Window. You might find ways
to evade StatCounter, but you can't hide from Shoutcast logs. I am
examining the Shoutcast logs as I type here, and they show no
connections from any known proxy or circumvention sites. We keep it
pretty well locked down. so don't give us any hogwash. You can't hide
from Shoutcast server logs, nor can you hide from Apache server logs.

You have no idea, Chuckie. You're desperate, Chuckie. Soon,

But it doesn't blind the flashlights, Chuckie. Remember them, Chuckie?
Oh, and a blind spot on IR goggles would be highly localized Chuckie.
Security would be instantly called to that area, Chuckie. You'd have
gotten the most wonderful beatdown had you actually been there, Chuckie.
Too bad you're a gutless lying chickenshit, Chuckie. You were nowhere
near the events at Lake Placid, Chuckie.

That would be the traffic speed cameras that use the visible
spectrum too as a backup, Chuckie. You're an idiot and the stupidest
liar on Usenet, Chuckie. You need your teeth kicked in, Chuckie.

Even if this were true, Chuckie, all that would mean is that the
authorities would note that some cretin is routinely breaking the law,
and they'd back up the trouble spots with actual officers, who'd have
no problem with a quiet "private conversation" with a piece of shit
like you, Chuckie. But then, Chuckie, you still don't live in
Australia, not in Tasmania, and not in Queensland, Chuckie. You're
still a worthless mendacious pile of pig shit, Chuckie. You need
to be fed to a metal shredding machine, Chuckie.

However, there is one more item that company vehicles have been
outfitted with since we took over Alpha Crucis Broadcasting. All
company vehicles have been outfitted with radar and laser jammers,
which sends out a signal that overwhelms the radar/laser on speed
cameras so that no speed is recorded, and no ticket issued.

And we are located on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland.

No way. You might avoid statcounter, but you can't hide from Apache
and Shoutcast logs. And the logs do not show any relays or servers
from any the current blacklists of such things. We use a blacklist of
Tor relays, open (unsecured proxies), unsecured servers, and the like,
phpProxies, and the like to lock down and secure the restricted
streams. Shoutcast shows no attempts from anything on the blacklists.
The Access Denied screen one gets when connecting from a banned IP
shows nothing in the logs from any of the currenty listed relays,
servers, and open proxies.

When we go on the air using the restricted stream it is locked down.
You may luck out and find one not yet in the blackllists, but it will
be added in a few days. Even Wikipedia, with its big blacklists of
open proxies, servers, and relays, does not get everything.

And we will be further locking it down in a way where there is no
possible way that dgs and his mates will be able to circumvent. The
system is being changed where users will have to log in to get the geo-
protected web page, and it will be a subscription stream, not
avialable to US and UK users, so that will effectively keep dgs and
his mates from being able to sneak onto the stream. It will be a Live
365 subscription service that will be a level higher than normal VIP
listening.

Thats right, the screen you would get with an embedded player will not
only be geo protected, but user/password protected as well.

Garsh, Chuckie, your pathetic little ruse just failed massively,
didn't it? Three domain names later, and you're still a lying

You might want to check your website, Chuckie. You still are

This wouldn't happen on a professionally designed and run web site,
of course, but you don't have that problem, Chuckie. Your web site

I still have not got all the bugs ironed out yet. I was restoring
the database after a crash which kept the site down for a few
days. That one is fixed now.

One reason I am locking down the site against proxies is
so that I don't have to change domain names every few weeks
just to avoid dgs and his pals. I do tend to lose a lot of web
visitors for a while. I do see that when it was Procyon, they
were getting quite a lot of hits per day. By locking out dgs
and his pals, while allowing legitimate visitors, I can keep
from having to change domain names for a while. And the
first two domain we had, backtalkradio.net and alphacrucisradio.net,
will be avialable for public registration again. They change from
"RedemptionPeriod" to pending delete on 26th November,
the final delete will be 7 days later on 3rd December.
procyonbroadcasting.com will released on 27th December,
after RedemptionPeriod and PendingDelete periods.
