The AQB International Rugby ratings have been updated to 24 December 2009.

Hong Kong finished their disappointing European tour with a 5-17 loss to
Czech Republic and a 10-25 loss to the Netherlands. As a result, Hong Kong
fell six places to 45th in the ratings, while Netherlands moved up three
places to 34th, and Czech Republic up one place to 44th. New Zealand remain
clearly on top of the ratings for the end of 2009, with South Africa second
and Australia in third.
