Just wondering if any true rugby league fans were keeping an eye on
this site during the off season (professional)? It seems to be
cluttered up with a load of rubbish at the moment.

Still looking at the group, & still waiting for the new season to start.

Though this time my team, Gateshead Thunder will be starting in championship
1 on-6points.

All brought about by the main club backer falling out with the other
shareholders.

Looking forward to seeing the fixture list on monday, don't know how we'll
do this season, though I'm hopeful of finishing in the top half

I check it most days, but there's rarely anything of note.

John.

Let's hope the tipping comp runs next season, or this group will fade
away.

I'm still here, although I'm not sure if that is classed as sensible!

I see we got the usual obligatory 30 second piece on SPOTY on Sunday.
Don't know why I'm surprised, but I always hope that, as the BBC has so
little sport these days, we may get a bit more on the strength of them
having the cup, and this year, the 4 nations as well.

BTW this is the 1st message I've sent using windows 7. I'm really
getting too old for all this change (beginning to sound like my Mum!)

FFS - Windows 7? I'm still thinking XP is modern.

As for my mum (85 and going strong) she still thinks Windows 3.1 is a bit
advanced, but then she also thinks mobile phones are for making emergency
phone calls only - and then only if she can remember how to use her brick!

:-(

John.
