After the encounter went viral, Wurzelbacher became something of a Republican icon, an example of Democrats quashing entrepreneurial spirit. Wurzelbacher campaigned for Sen. John McCain, scored a book deal and even made an unsuccessful bid for the U.S. House of Representatives - all as a staunch conservative.

If you work in a trade and in a shoppe, you are union. Doesn't matter if you don't want to join, you have to.
When I worked for Kroger, I had to join the UFCW. The most useless union ever.
My uncle Jimmy was a engineer for the L&N railroad (now csx) and he had to join a union, he didn't want to. "too much money down the drain" he said.
