EMLL-

[Shocker], Scorpio Jr, Satanico v. [Atlantis], Emilio Charles, Tinieblas
Jr(Taped from Arena Coliseo)- In the first fall, the rudos dominated and
then got themselves DQed, for tying together the strings of Atlantis' and
Tinieblas' masks and then giving them a major beatdown. That was pretty
cool. The second fall was edited to the finish as the tecnicos all got
their finishers on the rudos to win the match. Any SHOCKER is good,
but c'mon, this was like a house show match!

TAG TITLE TOURNAMENT- BLOCK B- FIRST ROUND

Blue Panther & Bestia Salvaje v. Brazo de Plata & Olimpico- Brazo is
fresh off of losing his hair to Felino in a spot show, and amazingly
looks 100 lbs. fatter, if that was at all possible. Super Porky ends up
hurting his leg somehow and Panther covers for that by pinning him, then
the rudos turn their attention to the less established star Olimpico and
destroy him with a combination Swasitka(abdominal strech with applicant
pulling back on the far leg to add pressure) and armlock. Blue Panther
and Bestia Salvaje advance.

Lizmark Sr. and Lizmark Jr. v. Cien Caras and Universo 2000- The match
beigns with characteristic Reyes brothers offense, with them in full
control. The tecnico father and son turn the match around, when they slam
both rudos' heads together on the apron, double flip into the ring, send
both guys out, and jump onto them with stereo topes. Both teams beat the
count, but the Lizmarks are clearly in better shape, so Cien Caras tries
to cheat to win. He goes for the obligatory low blow behind the refs
back, but Jr blocks that, so he rips off his mask and gets DQed. Lizmark
Sr & Jr advance.

Ultimo Guerrero & Rey Bucanero v. Tarzan Boy & Felino- Infernales start
with what they do best, outnumbering and thus dominating the opposition,
attacking Tarzan Boy and Felino 2 on 1. Felino gets a quick comeback with
a quebradora on Bucanero and a flying headscissors on Guerrero, and the
rudos leave the ring to regroup. Now things go 1 on 1, with Tarzan Boy
using a diamond cutter on Bucanero (Somewhere he got busted open, doing a
pretty good bladejob), and a flying armdrag on Ultimo Guerrero.
Mysteriously Felino is the one to screw up his team(He hasn't had much
luck recently, has he?) as the Infernales have enough of the fair play
and destroy him with a double press slam into a double chokeslam, and
then roll into a double hammerlock type submission hold, to get the win.
Tarzan Boy is left alone, so he isn't going anywhere. Infernales quickly
dispatch him with a double pancake into a double wheelbarrow suplex, then
finish him with a nasty submission hold. Guerrero and Bucanero each take
an arm, roll over to the other side of his body, so that he is straight
jacketed, and then put the heels of their boots into his throat. Los
Nuevos Infernales advance.

Pimpinella Escarlotta & Gran Markus v. Villanos IV & V- Well that's a
wierd rudo tag team if I've ever seen one. Pimpi and V4 start the match
with a quick exchange of takedowns,  with V4 getting the best of it. V5
then enters and takes Markus to school with a Mil Maracas style cross
chop and DDT, but only gets a 1 count. Pimpinella enters the ring for
assistance, but Markus doofily clotheslines him or her, allowing V5 to
hit a quebradora. Markus tries to break it up with a splash, v5 moves and
gets the pin. v4 quickly beats Markus with a sunset flip. Godamn do the
Villanos rule. They made the collosal Gran Markus look good.

                        SEMIFINALS

Lizmark Jr. & Sr. v. Bestia Salvaje & Blue Panther- Much like in round
one, the rudos would rather brawl 2 on 1 than wrestle a clean match, but
can't keep things together and end up losing it. In this case, Blue
Panther falls prey to a Sr. plancha and huracanrana while Jr. powerbombs
Bestia Salvaje to get the win. Lizmarks advance.

Rey Bucanero & Ultimo Guerrero v. Villanos IV and V- This should rule. If
Infernales win the tag titles at the PPV, I'd like to see a three fall
match between these two teams down the road. Both VIllanos open the match
up with a variety of quick armdrags and takedowns, then  dropkick the
Infernales out and hit stereo tope suicidas. Both teams take a good shot
from this but are able to beat the count. After a few exchanges, V5 gets
a great powerslam on Ultimo GUuerrero while V4 gets Rey Bucanero in a
crucifix, but they both only get two. The rudos then start a comeback,
and isolate V4 and  beat him with a spiked reverse powerbomb, followed by
a indian deathlock with double chickenwing. V5 is left, but doesn't have
a chance, as the Infernales doulbe clothesline him and put him out with a
super goofy and awesome lucha submission. They both grapevined a leg and
grabbed an arm, and rolled around the ring twice, on the second time, he
was trapped in a double half crab. Yowza. Infernales advance.

                        FINALS

Ultimo Guerrero & Rey Bucanero v. Lizmark Sr. and Jr.- For whatever
reason they clipped it to the finish. Ultimo Guerrero makes Sr. submit to
a "cristo invertido", which is like a suspended double armbar surfboard
with leg lock, while Rey Bucanero beats Jr with a rolling leglock into a
reverse figure four. Infernales advance to the title match, which will be
on the upcoming PPV.

This tournament seemed to be far less edited than the one they showed
last week. At the PPV, along with the main event hair match, the
Infernales Rey Bucanero and Ultimo Guerrero go onto face Mr. Niebla and
Emilio Charles. There should be no reason why the rudos don't come out on
top here, as Niebla and Charles aren't even a regular tag team.

MOMENTOS ESTARLES-

Innovation- ?Zeta? does a no hands tope con hilo, with an awesome last
second rotation. In other words, he basically jumped right over the top
rope and did a 450 in midair. Crazy move.

Impressive- Flora Metallica does a pescado and Lady Apache does a
plancha.

Sensational- Tarzan Boy hits his slingshot tornillo.

Victory- Niebla hits a moonsault to the outside while Emilio Charles
ranas Dr Wagner Jr.

Admirable- Villano IV and V do stereo tope suicidas.

Skit- VIllano III gets his injury diagnosed, which is a bad shoulder(not
sure of the medical name, but it's when the bone is visible(fracture?)
This is all to build for the PPV main event, with VIllano and Perro going
in banged up.

MAIN EVENT: [Pierroth Jr], Dr Wagner Jr, Apollo Dantes v. Perro Aguayo,
[Rayo de Jalisco], Mr Niebla-

Primera Caida- Mostly a clipped brawl, ending with a Rayo reverse tope on
Wagner and a Niebla huracanrana on Apollo.

Segunda Caida- More clipping and more brawling(This can't be the same TV
editor, if it was all the tournament matches would have been clipped to
the finish and this match would show every single crappy chop thrown by
Perro and Rayo), Rayo hits the fat assed plancha on Apollo Dantes, and
Perro Aguayo makes Pierroth submit to a chokelock. After the match
Mascara Ano 2000 and VIllano III both do run ins. Rayo and Wagner rip at
each others masks as the rudos get chased out of the ringside area. See
you next week on EMLL is LLME!

AAA-

Los Vipers Atomicos [Psicosis] v. Los Porros[Angel de Demonio?!]-

Primera Caida- We open this baby the way it should be opened, with
Maniaco diving into the aisleway with a sommersault plancha. This
prematch attack gives the Vipers momentum, so they spend the next0 few
minutes individually attacking each Porro. Eventually bats come into
play, with each Viper taking a big swing and missing, then getting
dropkicked out of the ring so the Porros can do quadruple simultaneous
tope suicidas! At this point the Porros grab a big piece of... sheet
rock?!?! and go to work, eventually getting DQed because of it.

Segunda Caida- CLipped to the finish. The Porros set Psicosis up on a
table, and are about to put him through it, but Abismo Negro enters the
ring and blowtorches Angel de Demonio, then puts him on a table, Psicosis
hits a senton, breaking the table 1, 2, 3 Los Vipers win.

LOs Vatos Locos[Charly Manson] v. [Oscar Sevilla], Torero, Mascara
Segrada, Mascara Segrada Jr-

Primera Caida- The match begins cleanly, with an exchange of armdrags and
takedowns by Oscar Sevilla and Charly Manson. Torero and Picudo follow.
When Segrada Jr is tagged in, he pins Nygma with an ugly moonsault
bodyblock, while Sr does a plancha and locks Espirtu in Atlantida,
Sevilla pins manson with a sunset flip.

Segunda Caida- Clipped to the finish. Manson pins Sevilla with an
incredible moonsault, and Nygma gets Segrada Sr with a fallaway slam.

Tercera Caida- Vatos have control of the match as it begins, but soon
lose it as Sevilla hits a faceslam. The tecnicos do quadruple armdrags
and tope suicidas! Charly Manson and Segrada Sr make it back to the ring,
Manson gives him a low blow, but before he can cover, Abismo Negro
runs in, uses his blowtorch, then darts out, allowing Segrada to make the
pin.

MAIN EVENT: Latin Lover, La Parka Jr, Canek v. Abismo Negro, Cibernetico,
Electro Shock- Abismo Negro has a cool looking all black outfit. Much
better than the multicolored stuff he has worn as of late.

Primera Caida- Pretty much like a low-impact Infernales first fall,
completely dominated by Los Vipers. Abismo Negro pins Canek with a frog
splash, and Cibernetico pins Latin Lover with a sunset flip, which was
suprising enough to the tecnico announcer to make him say "Oh my god" in
english.

Segunda Caida- Clipped to the finish, with all the tecnicos getting
revenge pins. Latin Lover pins Elektro Shock with a powerbomb and
Cibernetico is pinned with a missile dropkick. After the match Canek
press slams Abismo Negro, and signals to the crowd for a second one, but
Abismo wants no part of that so he kisses his hand in a sign of mercy and
runs like hell.

Tercera Caida- Cibernetico is in the ring, taking a back heel kick from
Canek. They trade bodyslams and other stuff big stiffs do and tag out.
Next Abismo Negro faces La Parka, but gets scared so he has Cibernetico
and Electro Shock "train him" so that he can go back and fight. TOo
funny! After a comedic trade of slaps Abismo does his slapstick routine
where he goes for hits in the corner but ends up banging his head and
arms against the posts. This makes Parka do a dance, and then strut into
the corner. But look out, here comes a spearing Abismo! Parka moves and
Abismo takes a killer bump to the outside. Parka then backbodydrops a
charging Electro Shock over the top and does a plancha. Canek hits
Cibernetico with a tope. This leaves Latin Lover and Abismo Negro, Abismo
hits a bodyslam and goes for a moonsault, and ends up moonsaulting right
into Picudo's torch's flames! Latin Lover covers and the tecnicos win!
Killer spot there, looked perfect(but dangerous)

Overall the EMLL show was salvaged by the cool tag titles tournament, as
it's other matches seemed uninspired and kind of mailed in. I hope Perro
wins at the PPV so that he can retire already because he is really
stinking up the matches he is in, and there are plenty of other wrestlers
who deserve a push but don't get one due to his presence. AAA didn't
really have any very good matches and the finishes, while cool looking,
were all the same thing and weren't that neccesary.
