EMLL-

Ricky Marvin, Nuetron, [Super Kendo] v. Dr O'Borman, [Valentine Mayo],
Virus-(Taped from Arena Coliseo) Oh yeah! Someone's finally using their
heads in EMLL! This is the first six-man tag Marvin has had on TV. First,
an introduction of guys making their debuts in these reports. Marvin is
an unmasked tecnico with white Sabu-type pants, and is considered to be
EMLL's biggest prospect in years. He's already a damn good flyer, and
wrestling in the most talented promotion with the most loaded midcard
anywhere, he should become the next Rey Jr. save an injury or dumb career
move. Kendo is a sort of older luchador who has been everywhere
basically. He was a big part of Hamada's UWF(?), and is known for his
comedy spots and wacky moves. He wears a black gi and silver mask.
O'Borman is one of the three evil doctors in lucha, so he wears white
mask and tights and is kind of chunky. He doesn't have Wagner's power
moves or charisma or Cerebro's stretching ability and knowledge of exotic
holds, but he does a nice superfly splash.

Primera Caida- It clips a little ahead to where Marvin and Virus trade
takedowns with Virus getting a liontamer but marvin turning it into a a
sasuke-style leg lace. Next Kendo faces Mayo, and does some acrobatics
and hits a dropkick. Finally O'Borman enters and fights Nuetron, who hits
a back springboard rana perfect but blows a ring-rope slingshot armdrag.
This armdrag sends O'Borman to the floor, and Nuetron takes off, as if to
dive but stops short, so that Ricky Marvin can hit his no-hands
springboard tornillo! Whooooo! Next Nutron sends Virus to the floor on
his belly, and hits a good quebrada. This leaves Mayo and Kendo, the
captains alone in the ring. Kendo sends the rudo to the corner, who comes
back with an off the mark reverse headbutt. Kendo tries a senton off the
top, but Valentine rolls away, and hooks a quick kneeling armbar to
secure the submission and fall!

Segunda Caida- They clip ahead to where Marvin hits a flying headscissors
of the top turnbuckle, sending O'Borman to the floor. The announcers were
pushing him hard, saying how difficult it is to perform that move and how
Marvin made it even more dangerous by rotating late on the takedown.
Kendo dives onto Virus and Valentine Mayo with an ugly tope. O'Borman is
left all alone, and tries a move off the top, but gets dropkicked mid-
move by Marvin, and then put into a double armbar and forced to quit.

Tercera Caida- Once again clipped ahead. The rudos are having fun with
the tecnicos, taking them apart one at a time. They eventually pin
Nuetron with a goofy hold, which was where they put both his arms between
his legs and under his knees, then push him forward to where he is tied
in a pretzel and pinned. They soon pin Marvin with more triple-teaming.

Pretty good match. True, it was clipped, but I'm just glad to see these
guys on TV. Anyway, it wasn't clipped that bad, as I counted 15 minutes
of airtime, where a usual undercard match on TV gets no more than 8.
Everyone here looked solid, contributing something to the match, and
there was only one blown spot, by Nuetron.

Felino and Safari want us to mail CMLL with a team name for them.

Ultimo Guerrero, Rey Bucanero, [Satanico] v. [Felino], Antifaz, Safari-
Big heat on this match, as the fans see Infernales as the top rudo trio
in Mexico, and Felino's unamed team as the top tecnico team(By default :)
)

Primera Caida- Clipped to the finish. Pretty much a big beatdown by the
Infernales, with Guerrero putting Felino in a Gorry Special, Bucanero
rolling up Antifaz, and Safari submitting to Satanico's abdominal
stretch.

Segunda Caida- Antifaz backdrops Bucanero over the post. Next Safari tags
in and tries to humiliate Satanico, but he pays for it, as Satanico uses
a few headbutts right to the face and then tosses him over the top and
onto the ramp. The Infernales aren't done though, as they try to hip toss
him back in over the top. Safari counters this by springing off the rope
and hitting a double armdrag, sending both rudos off the ramp and to the
floor! Felino and Antifaz then use this oppurtunity to hit dives, with
Felino doing a sommersault over the corner rope to Bucanero and Antifaz
hitting a tope con hilo to Ultimo GUerrero! Satanico is left all alone in
the ring, Safari jumps over the ropes, runs back and hits a  wacky
upside down springboard headbutt to get the pin!

Tercera Caida- Ultimo and Bucanero dropkick Safari and Antifaz out, and
in return for the previous fall's dive sequence, pay them back with a
catapult sommersault dive by Bucanero and a quebrada by Ultimo. This
leaves the veteran captains Felino and Satanico to settle the match.
Felino gets a nearfall with a crucifix, and then does an inverted Gorry
special, but Satanico powers out and counters with a victory roll, for
two. Felino hits a back bridge cradle, Satanico holds his arms down 1-2-3
double pin! The crowd is not happy with that result. This seemed like an
absolutely killer match, and was damn good, even with the editing.

[BLACK WARRIOR], Bestia Salvaje, Scorpio Jr. v. Lizmark Jr, [Atlantis],
Niebla- WHERE IS SHOCKER?!?! Damnit. I think Black Warrior and Shocker on
one team would cause the ring to explode from the megatonic force
released from all the coolness.

Primera Caida- Black Warrior and Mr Niebla start the match with a nice
exchange of takedowns, ending with a Niebla monkey flip. Next Lizmark and
Scorpio trade basic holds in slow motion since Scorpio is a quasi-stiff.
FInally the rudos have enough of this and simply takeover the match with
brawling. Warrior pins Lizmark Jr with a killer flying elbowdrop(right on
the throat!) and Salvaje pins Niebla with a sommersault senton off the
top.

Segunda Caida- Atlantis takes the rudos to school with quebradoras and
shit all over the place. Niebla makes Black Warrior submit to his
trademark Neblina and then Lizmark... gets injured. He tries a missile
dropkick but messes up landing and lands right completely on his bad
knee. Scorpio gets pinned anyway.

Tercera Caida- They can't find a replacement for Jr. so this becomes a
squash for the rudos, who take out Atlantis and Neibla with no problem.
The match was alright in the first but quickly degenerated in the last
two falls. Plus, no Black Warrior match is complete until someone gets
put into the 5th row with a tope!

MOMENTOS ESTARLES

Tope- Ultimo Dragoncito hits his killer tope con hilo through the ropes
to Fierita.

Move-Olimpus hits his ugly over the top tope.

Spectacular- Mano Negra Jr. hits a pefect moonsault plancha to Fugaz.

Hold- Infernales hit a double press slam/chokeslam into a double
hammerlock.

Sensational- VIllanos hit stereo topes to the Infernales.

MAIN EVENT: Dr. Wagner Jr., Pierroth Jr., Mascara Ano 2000 v. Perro
Aguayo, VIllanos IV and V-

Primera Caida- Zzzzzzz. Kicks and punches. The rudos destroy both
VIllanos, with Pierroth putting V in an armbar and really cranking it on,
to send a message to VIII. I think he got DQed for not releasing it.

Segunda Caida- Tecnicos fight back for a while, with Perro diving onto
Wagner with a silla, but lose it when one of the VIllanos dives onto the
other one by accident. Pierroth low blows  V5 and gets his team DQed.
After the match Pierroth and Mascara Ano lay down the challenge for the
double hair match at the PPV on 8/4. The beating continue on every face
until the show fades out.

AAA-

Los Vipers Atomicos[Psicosis] v. [Pirata Morgan], Texano, Sangre Chicana,
Cobarde(For the national 8-man titles.)

Primera Caida- Consangrados won this fall with little trouble.

Segunda Caida- Total annihilation by Los Vipers, who pin Pirata with a
double Steiner bulldog and make Cobarde submit to a wacky team
submission, kind of an assisted kneeling Gorry Special.

Tercera Caida- Decent back and forth stuff opens the fall, but the crowd
is very quiet. Pirata powerbombs the hell out of Mosco de Merced and then
simply throws him over the top. This angers the Vipers, who take to
quadruple teaming Texano and putting him in a surfboard variant, put
Cobarde enters the ring and pins the Vipers while they have him up in
that hold, and the result is sudden death. They do a ridiculous
quintdruple headscissors spot, which Pirata mercifully breaks up, only to
be dropkicked off the apron and dove onto with a sweet tope by Psicosis.
Histeria then tries to dive onto Pirata, but he moves and the Vipers
collide. Maniaco sends Texano out at the other end of the ring, but
misses a pescado. So now the only "healthy" Viper is Mosco. Texano tries
to moonsault him, but Mosco moves, and misses a senton of his own. Texano
goes up top once more, but Sangre Chicana crotches him on the top rope,
and Mosco covers for the pin.  Overall the match was pretty good, but the
crowd wasn't into any of it except the turn at the end.

Toro Irizon & Kickboxer v. Hector Garza & Heavy Metal- I am pretty sure
this is the first appearance of Kickboxer since he lost his mask to Heavy
Metal in a cage match quite a while ago.

Primera Caida- Heavy Metal and Irizon start, with Heavy trying for
armlocks and Irizon trying to use his kicking skills, but it soon becomes
more of an uncontrolled brawl, with the rudos looking as if they have the
match wrapped up and are simply trying to humiliate the tecnicos.
Eventually their cockiness gets the better of them, and Heavy Metal is
able to fight his way out of the corner where he was being battered with
high knees and kicks. He gets to do a dive after a "Heavy punch", leaving
the match up to Garza and Irizon. Garza hits a missile dropkick, and
looks to finish Toro off, but the Kickboxing Ref(I should mention that
one of the refs was the heel AAA ref Tirantes and the other was some
Kickboxing guy), shoves him away and gives him a knee to the groin. In
return, Tirantes low blows Irizon, and the other ref gives the match to
the Kickboxers. Not a good match and shitty ending, but the crowd was
into it and reacted greatly to the stuff with the referees.

MAIN EVENT: CIbernetico, Electro Shock, Abismo Negro v. Latin Lover,
Canek & "Cibernetico"- The fake, tecnico Cibernetico is actually Dos
Caras under another mask. This is a confusing angle, but it basically
amounts to Canek wanting to fuck with the Vipers' heads.

Primera Caida- Cibernetico wants the fake, so they go right to fighting,
with the fake putting him into a camel clutch and almost getting the
submission. After this both teams go back and forth, until Canek press
slams Electro and "fake" makes Abismo Negro submit to the no-hands
scorpion deathlock(Proving it's Dos right there) and takes the fall.

Segunda Caida- Vipers start to have a standard comeback fall, until "fake
Ciber" starts outquicking them, igniting a comeback. Ciber and Canek go
over the top with a clothesline, "fake Ciber" pescados Abismo, leaving
the fall up to Latin Lover and Electro Shock. Shock gets a pretty
forceful powerbomb, but only gets two. He runs off the ropes, catches a
dropkick to the kneecaps, Latin Lover goes for the casita 1-2... nope
Electro rolls out and low blows him, getting the Vipers DQed.

Overall the CMLL show was damn good  until the main event, with some
exciting lucha libre and a super hot crowd. The main event stuff is
drawing great heat, especially when Pierroth is beating on VIllano III
and Perro, but the matches are really bad and it's a lock that the hair
match will be as well. AAA wasn't really enjoyable, as the crowd was
mostly hibernating and the matches weren't too good.
