Galavision Lucha Libre TV Review #35
AAA TV 9/14/98
By ste...@kern.com

Abeja/Avispa/Hormiga/Mosca vs Ludxor/Discovery/Venum II/Super Nova II
Nova dives through the ropes with a good head first tope suicida. Los
Cadetes take fall one with double moonsault pins by Ludxor and Venum.
Los Insectos take fall two with a couple holds. Discovery attempts a
dive by running up the turnbuckles, but slips on the way up, and under
shoots his target. Venum does a stiff bodied somersault dive over the
top rope nearly onto Avispa, but misses by a couple feet. Ludxor dives
off the top rope with a springboard over the rail into the second row
onto an Insecto. Avispa groin fouls Discovery, then puts himself into
Los Insectos sack to DQ Los Cadetes. Sub par match for both teams, not
much in the way of good well executed moves.

Miss Janeth/Xochitl Hamada vs Alda Moreno/Sahory
The tecnicas take the first fall by disqualification. Janeth dives
through the ropes with a tope suicida onto Hamada. Sahory follows with
a tope suicida onto the two rudas, but misses pretty badly. The ruda
team is disqualified in fall two, giving the match to the tecnica team
in straight falls. Mediocre brawling action.

Charly Manson/Nygma/My Flowers/Picudo vs Los Payasos
Los Vatos Locos take fall one after several minutes of brawling. Los
Payasos take fall two with more of the same. Manson goes through the
ropes with a killer tope suicida into the aisle onto Coco Rojo, just as
Nygma does the same dive a few feet shorter on Coco Negro. Coco Azul
locks Picudo into a medio cangrejo for the match. Decent action, but
not too good compared to their top matches.

Abismo Negro/Sangre Chicana/Heavy Dracula vs Parka/Octagon/Heavy Metal
The rudo team takes fall one, with Dracula fouling then making Metal
submit to an abdominal stretch. Octagon gets Abismo to submit to his
hold and Parka Jr rolls up Sangre for the fall. Parka Jr dives onto
Abismo with a simple springboard. Octagon gets Abismo into a hold for
the match. Reasonably good, average action from most of these guys.

Cibernetico vs Perro Aguayo - Heavyweight Title
Cibernetico takes the first fall with the help of his corner man Abismo
Negro. Perro takes the second fall with his double foot stomp. Perro
dives through the ropes with one of his three or four times a year tope
suicidas. Ludxor runs in to help Perro from being teamed up on outside
of the ring. Sangre Chicana and Fuerer run in, getting both Ciber and
Perro counted out. Average action compared to their other matches.
