What team would Aaron Rodgers have gone to if Farve had never left Green Bay?

The Jets? Certainly none of GB's division rivals (Bears, Vikings, or Lions). I
can't see the Packers allowing that to happen. I know after four years
neither Rodgers nor the Packers would be interested in each other if
Farve hadn't left.

You're almost right about the last part. The Packers would have
wanted to keep him, but he rightfully he probably wouldn't have wanted
to stay. I say he'd probably be a Viking. He'd probably be a UFA at
this point and I doubt we would use a franchise tag on him without a
single NFL start, and the Vikings have a fetish for former Packers.

You two need to get a room together.

The teams that used high picks on quarterbacks in the 2008 NFL Draft
would all make sense (Atlanta, Baltimore, Miami). The Jets,
presumably, would have rolled the dice with Kellen Clemens before
bringing in a then-unproven Aaron Rodgers. Kansas City would have been
a possibility. Tampa Bay would have made sense, since they had no long-
term plan at quarterback by then and Jon Gruden is known for his
quarterback fetish.

Tampa was what I was thinking.

The 49ers. Oh wait they had their chance but took a wise choice with
Alex Smith instead.
...Sarcasm, and yes I'm a 49ers fan :(

You Packer fans forgot to tell alt.slack about your opinion of them.
