Sad to report that Freddie Miller, Gordon Solie's co-hort on Georgia
Championship Wrestling "Don't miss it.... BE THERE!", died of a heart
attack on November 25th at the age of 63. In an appreciation published
in today's Atlanta Journal-Constitution, it notes that

He then mad a move that he later felt damaged his career- he
became a professional wrestling announcer.

Those of us who grew up watching Georgia Championship Wrestling will miss
Freddie.
