Emmett Gulley smacked down by Florida judge again - 1 year 9 months and 21 days in Prison

behind bars then he thought. Instead of going to the jury trial he
begged for eMuT shit his pants during a pre-trial conference and
entered a plea of guilty. By the way the Brevard County Clerks
paperwork reads eMuT was sentenced to 1 year 9 months a 21 days in a
Florida Prison for the aggravated stalking charge (a felony) beginning
6/20/03 and 4 months 27 days in the Brevard County Detention Center
for giving false name or identification. They gave him credit for 147
days already served in the Brevard County Detention so he should be in
a nice Florida prison as you read this. And now that eMuT has become a
registered felon in Florida there will be a publicly available mug
shot in his prison suit on the Florida Department of Corrections web
site real soon if they can aim the camera that low. I wonder if he
gets a custom made prison issue uniform because of his size or if they
just make him wear the woman's issue.
Oh well it looks like we have to wait for almost 2 years to enjoy his
kook farts again. Hope what they say is true about good things come to
those who wait.
