1.] KAYFABE
------------------------

Late into the year of Nineteen and Ninety-nine, "Beautiful" Bobby Blair opens
the Unlawful Wrestling Council. The federation is set, and ready to redefine
the world of professional wrestling. Won't you come aboard?

2.] STAFF MEMBERS
------------------------

"Beautiful" Bobby Blair (Owner/Head Booker)-

Was born in 1965, in a small town outside Orlando. His brother Carl Blair went
on to become a professional wrestler. Bobby followed in his footsteps but at
the age of 22 (2 years after his debut) he suffered a career threatening
injury. He decided to retire from pro wrestling and become a manager. He
managed several wrestlers before coming up with his own idea.... Open your own
federation! Two years went by in the planning and after saving money and taking
a loan out of the bank he's opened Unlawful Wrestling Council.

Johnny Smith (Face Play by Play)-
Johnny Smith originally worked for the Miami Dolphins. One at a game Blair
heard his "beautiful" voice and quickly offered him a contract for double the
money Miami was paying him.

Stephon Manz (Heel Play by Play)-
Originally a wrestler for the now defunct CEWA. He quickly joined once
contacted by Bobby Blair. He usually insights the fans with his comments and
roots for the bad boys, but don't let his bad jokes and cockiness fool you he
knows the wrestling industry inside and out.

Tim Mackoney (Interviewer)-
Tim is usually doing the jobs no one else wants, interviewing the wrestlers. He
holds nothing back and always tries to get down to the truth. Several attacks
have happened in the past but over the summer Mackoney beefed up alittle
in-order to protect himself.

3.] WRESTLERS
------------------------

As a handler your are allowed one wrestler or one tag team. All wrestlers must
be ORIGINAL! No "Stone Cold" John Does no Rocky Austins completely ORIGINAL,
also don't ever steal a real life wrestlers saying. Come up with your own other
than that I'm open to just about any characters.

4.] TITLES
------------------------

World Heavyweight Championship -
The basic you hold the belt you be 'da man. Must be defended once a month or be
stripped. Only the top 3 contenders get title shots at this belt.

World Anarky Cup -
This is an annual (monthly) 6 man, single elimination tournament. After the
first round the three still in the tourney fight it out in a three way
match-up. The winner gets a trophy and the title "World Anarky Champion" when
the next month comes along he's automatically put back in the tournament. He
also moves directly up to the #1 contender spot.

World Ironman Championship -
The Ironman Title is defended in a 20 minute match-up where the wrestler with
the most wins (pin, submission, countout,dq, etc.) gets the win. The title is
defended 3 times a month and at every pay per view.

World Tag Team Championship -
The name describes it all. Tag teams are somewhat hard to come across, so the
titles remain (for the most part) inactive.

5.] EVENTS
------------------------

House Shows -
To add to the realism we have house shows. Results are simmed with basically a
description of what took place and how so and so won. We have two House Shows
per week.

Saturday Night Showdown -
Saturday Night Showdown usually airs on ESPN2 at 11 PM Est. It has most of our
veterans on the card and features on the average 4-6 matches. Results are live.

Pay Per Views -
We have 6 pay per views a month all of which have 6-8 matches on them. They are
in the following months January, March, May, July, October, and November.
January is the most prestigious of the 6.

6.] RULES \ REGULATIONS
------------------------

Special thanks goes out to the AWMC, GLCW and Frank for the following.

Two flashes and one in-ring per week is the limit on role-playing, though one
great role-play can sometimes beat out two average ones. Numerous RP's sent in
for one match will be frowned upon. Several RPs, whether weak or strong in
quality, inconvenience bookers and break the rules. Focus instead on producing
the best role-plays you can within the limit. Descriptive, consistent (with the
character), creative role-playing ("RPs", "flashes") helps bring your character
wins.

The occasional curse word is OK, but try and censor it out using a

<beep> or <censor> or whatever.

The Happy Clause - I can make some of the people happy all of the time, but I
cannot make everyone happy all of the time. Keep that in mind at all times,
please.

The Spunky Clause - From here on out, we're shooting for realism. If I don't
think something you write would get aired on national TV, then don't send it to
me.

The Egomaniacal Tyrant Clause - The basic premise of this rule is "No Bragging
Allowed." Anyone who develops a serious chip on their shoulder will go through
what's known as a "humbling process." I don't care how many titles you have won
outside of UWC, or how many people you have defeated outside of the federation
-- if you're coming into UWC, don't expect an insta-push.

Character Assassination - The basic premise of this rule is that a person is
not allowed to attack another character in a way that the other character has
potential to be 'ruined,' without getting the permission of that character's
handler first. This includes any and all attacks that would leave a character
injured, overly humiliated, or permanently scarred.

[Add to that…]

The Diggs Clause - UWC administration reserves the right to refuse flashes of
inappropriate material (i.e., racism, personal shots, various retardedness) as
well as the right to refuse to count the same inappropriate material towards a
match. If it's refused, that's the end of it. Anyone who tries to talk me into
running an inappropriate role-play will be canned REAL quick-like. This is just
a game. It's not life. If you lost, you lost because I thought you should've.
If you wonder if you were out-rp'ed, you were. If you think you need some more
heat, you do. If you take it out on me, don't expect to get any reaction,
except reference to this rule. If you're seriously ticked, then you're
seriously fired. If you've ever been a fedhead, you know that it can be a hard
job, and the less aggravation I have to suffer, the better.

The Brain Clause - Just because you write a strat that covers all the grandest
moves, every counter imaginable, provisions for interference and the rest,
don't have a fit if it isn't used or the match goes contrary to your plans for
world domination. The whole concept of pro wrestling is that the wrestlers
voluntarily submit themselves to being hit with the moves that are tried
against them. We all know that any wrestler could realistically get out of any
hold, or avoid any move if he really wanted to. But he CHOOSES not to, because
that's the way the show is done. Just because you have a counter or protection
doesn't automatically mean it'll be used. Sometimes an angle is better
furthered (while accomplishing mutual goals) by a different outcome. If you
can't sell something that turns out contrary to your master plan and decide to
take it out in role-plays, you'll have plenty of practice applying to other
feds, guaranteed.

Use of other handlers' characters in your RPs without permission is prohibited.
