PS: about the head - I can't help myself getting it out of my
shoulders. I really tried. I probably will try again once. So far the
shoulders move the head...
my swing is very similar to yours. Same 'style' but worse in results (I
immagine)...
My pro goes on saying not to 'dance' and keeps on saying I have to be more
'central' without moving so much my legs.
(sorry for english, I'm italian)
Alberto.-
I actually got the legs being quite 'still' in the meantime (like on
the video) - I did much *more* in the past ;) So according to your pro
still too much then :)
The question would be, does he (respectively you) mean on the
backswing or on the downswing.
cheers

Hello Calmar,
I have looked at several swing videos you posted previously. For what it's
worth I think you are improving. Your legs and upper body still move a bit
too much for my taste during the swing and the jerking motion with the head
when starting the downswing is still noticeable but you have managed to
reduce all of these.
I would try to straighten the legs a bit more keeping the hip angle the
same. This will bring up your but and get your upper body a bit more
horizontal. That may allow you to raise the head more and get the neck in
line with your spine. Also this will increase the distance between your
hands and your legs, which would also be an improvement.
Your tempo looks good and the ball flight seems fine as well. What is your
handicap?

Ok, I see.
I will try this out.

I don't have any ;)

One of the most important changes (in this regard) was that I keep my
weight more backwards - only slight pressure on the 'toes' or so
during the whole swing.
I'm still not perfectly used to this - but probably soon it will be
the 'default'.
Keeping it more backwards provokes draws as far as I learned/
understand - at least with my swing.

Hi Marco,
Not sure what you mean about your head. I don't see a major problem
there. Your swing has improved quite a bit, at least to my eye.
If anything, I'd keep working on posture in the address position. You
are still way back on your heels, with your butt hanging out too far
behind you when compared to the pros.
Do you have v1home, or something similar? If not, I suggest you
download it and do some measurements and compare to pros.
I know you mentioned in another reply that you are intentionally
keeping your weight off your toes, but...
Overall, though, it looks like a pretty serviceable swing. Not sure
it is even worth tinkering with. Do you play golf?

It has been reported I should not move the head - my shoulders turn
the head. Well.

I actually had the weight forward - e.g. the knees over the toes.
Someone told me they shall not go over the half - so I took the
conclusion to put the weight backwards. That also solved my problems
with doing to much with my feet. Actually my left foot is just plain
on the ground with that.

I would be wondering where the pros have the weight. I have it similar
to when you stand relaxed - not much on the toes. The problem with
comparing, I have 250 pounds .. E.g. a more or less big belly etc. Can
I really compare myself to some 'athletic' guy with only half as much
pound and/or smaller?
He is at least also sitting back somebit it seems:

Yeah, helps me to get rid of the outside-in crap <- I hate pulls and
slices ;)

Do you play golf?
No - Range only so far (more or less).
Recently I felt the need (a natural one!) to make a 'straighter' back.
Looks like this - but I'm even more 'sitting' now:

I think your swing looks better from the last time. The main things
look ok, and only smaller things stand out like shoulders finishing
too high and legs not quite in sync balance-wise on back swing. A
little too much early wrist without arms going is a small problem as
well. Overall you gave it a good whack and finished well.
