The Arizona Secretary of State said today that he requires PROOF of Obama's birth in Hawaii before Arizona will release electoral votes for Obama, regardless of election outcome.

So Obviously Ken Bennett believes Arizona Sheriff Arpaijo's official conclusion that Obama's Birth Certificate is an outrageous and almost childish fake.

All it takes is one state to start the avalanche. Other states will follow suite---

Watch the fun!

Sometimes they make buffoons out of themselves because they are
buffoons. Other times they do so to get the buffoon vote.

Even if he is a birther, he knows he can't win that fight - but he may
get votes, publicity, or even money down the road.

It has gone "somewhere" unless Hawaii can produce proof that Obama was born there. Arizona is demanding proof because abundant new evidence has come out that Obama himself repeatedly said he was born in Kenya-- a dozen times! He allowed someone to publish a brochure saying that when he went to Harvard. Duh!!! All of Kenya and Africa proudly trumpets that one of their own is the US President. They know the truth.

What else can a state official do? Just let this usurper skate through?

At least 3 federal courts ordered "discovery" and lawyers provided exhaustive evidence that the birth certificate was a blatant forgery, almost childish. Then Arizona Sheriff Arpaijo commissioned a "posse" to do another exhaustive study and came up with that same conclusion. Hence the NEW refusal by the Secretary of State to allow Obama on the November election ballot UNLESS Hawaii provides new and convincing evidence.

And of course Hawaii will not be able to do that. Obama was born in Kenya and brought to Hawaii as an infant a few days later. No doctor would sign a birth certificate because no doctor there saw his birth. There is a document purporting to be his Kenya birth certificate, however. It is signed by physician. His aunt gave a sworn affadavit that she witnessed his birth in a hospital in Mumbassa.

New research has brought up dozens of instances in which Obama himself (before he was interested in becoming President) proudly announced that he was born in Kenya. Obama allowed that to be printed in the brochure about his Harvard Law Review accomplishment (which was probably just Affirmative Action in action).

Normally you would be right. Back in 2008, when the first black man could be elected president, the issue of his eligibility became radioactive. The RNC and McCain specifically ordered every campaign to ignore that issue. EVERYONE including Fox News, Rush Limbaugh, and many other talk show hosts were afraid of it. Nobody wanted to be ridiculed if the evidence turned out to be inconclusive.

But that was then. NOW enough NEW evidence has been assembled to convince any federal court that he was probably NOT born in America. And that is the reason the Secretary of State of Arizona has made the public pronouncement that his birth certificate is insufficient and that new proof will be required from Hawaii. That is not trivia. If Arizona will not allow Obama on its November ballot, other states will follow suite. Stand by.

LOL.. As I said, you're not to be taken seriously. I've read exactly

Well duh! That is point of the entire 4 year agrument over where he was actually born. Jerome Corsi (Harvard PhD) wrote a great book called "Obama Nation." He went to Kenya and actually talked to Obama's relatives there. He took the sworn deposition on tape of Obama's Great Aunt who said she was in the room when Obama was born in a Mumbassa hospital. She said his mother did not intend to have the baby there, but the airlines refused to allow her to fly because she was due any minute. After the baby was born she flew to Hawaii and went from doctor to doctor and hospital to hospital desperately begging for someone to sign a birth certificate. None would, of course.

Corsi went back to Kenya later and was lucky to get out alive! By that time White House had alerted them what was happening. Corsi was restricted to his hotel room and escorted to the airport and forced onto the next flight to the US.

Check it out. This is serious business, of course, and Obama and Soros and the entire team that put him in the presidency will fight and fight--Chicago style! My life is probably in danger for writing this.

outright lies he has written about me to see it.

Damn.... you're so full of it I can smell you from here.

Sen. John McCain (R-AZ) was born in 1936 at the Coco Solo Naval Air
Station in the Panama Canal Zone. Both parents were U.S. citizens. In
April 2008, the U.S. Senate approved a non-binding resolution
recognizing that McCain is a natural born citizen. McCain was a
presidential candidate in 2000 and the Republican nominee in 2008.

Gov. George Romney (R-MI) was born in 1907 in Mexico. Romney’s
grandfather had emigrated to Mexico in 1886 after Utah outlawed
polygamy, taking his wives and children with him. Romney's father,
Gaskell Romney, and mother, Anna Amelia Pratt, were born in Utah but
married in 1895 in Mexico. Romney was a presidential candidate in
1968.

You do know that that a non-binding resolution has the weight of the

Again, how do you know where or how he lives except for others' making

So? More assumptions on your part Ken. A link you provided by you

No Ken, I'm trying to point out that you think your opinions are valid
and others aren't, i.e. you think Baker should be in a padded room and
that's fine. If someone thinks you should be, that's unfair in your
opinion. Is that clear enough?

Pearl Harbor, learning Karate, and watching cartoons on TV.

Gov. George Romney was a Mexican.

John McCain was a US citizen but he wasn't born on US soil. Anyone born
at Gitmo is a Cuban, the land is leased and it is not US territory.

My aunt was born in China she was a citizen of China of parents of US
citizens. When she was 18 she renounce here Chinese citizenship. She
also had to travel to Shanghai to get a copy of her birth certificate.
My aunt could not be US president.

The discussion went like this:

Don: "Besides, even if he had been born in Kenya he would still have
American citizenship because his mother was undeniably a US citizen."

BAR: "He wouldn't be eligble for the office of the president if he was
born in Kenya."

Don: "Prove it or shut up about it."

BAR: "He wasn't born on US soil."

The discussion was about whether Obama would be eligible to hold the
office of president of the US if he had been born in Kenya.

Please do try and keep up with the discussion because it too a what if

We were talking about Kenya. Do you remember that you said "even if he
had been born in Kenya..." I never made any statements about Hawaii or
PR.

Let's stick to the "even if he had been born in Kenya...". If Obama was
born in Kenya he would not meet the requirements for being President of
the US.

No, you said "He wasn't born on US soil". That is a clearly definitive

McCain's birth has absolutely nothing to do with Cuba (and you're
wrong on that issue, too). The Guantanamo naval base was under US
control, and still is. Besides, once again, McCain also was born to
US citizen parents **in the Panama Canal zone,* which became US
territory with the building of the canal between 1904 and 1914. The
US was granted the Canal Zone under a treaty with Panama which lasted
until we returned 60% back to Panama in 1979 and the balance in 1999.
McCain was certainly born during the years of US control.

She was also a natural-born US citizen. Apparently at some point she
needed her birth certificate to prove that her parents were US
citizens. Why would she need it for proving her Chinese citizenship
which she was renouncing?

It was not about the presidency. They just wanted their baby to be an american citizen. His mother was 17 when he was born and his father was not a US Citizen. At the time a baby born outside the US to a mother not 18 years old was NOT automatically a US Citizen.

Obama's parents were aware of the law. She brought the baby back from Kenya and tried desperately to get a Hawaii doctor to sign a birth certificate. She failed, they are not dishonest. So she ran the birth announcement in the local papers.

Later, when he decided to run for president, his team depended on the guilt of America to preclude the proper vetting of this half-black candidate. They suspected he was born elsewhere because he has stated as much dozens of times in prior years. Likely he enrolled at Punehoe and elsewhere as a "foreign exchange" student-- so those records were "sealed." But the media were in love with our first black President-- so an entire industry bas born--about ridiculing any and all who brought up doubts about his eligibility. Someone realized that our collective guilt, our collective fear of being called "racist" would protect him. They calculated that NOBODY would demand to see his school records, his IQ, and much else that is routinely required of presidential candidates. Suddenly if you asked, you were screamed down, "racist!!!!!" So even conservative talk radio was intimidated.

And some here are continuing that same attempt to intimidate and ridicule-- because they know very well that the dozens of attempts to expose him have not all been phony. Where there is smoke, there is probably fire.

Which is why your argument is so stupid. Even if he was born outside the
US he would have automatically gotten citizenship because his mother was
an American citizen.

"they" are people with impressive credentials. Very smart people like Jerome Corsi have written books and proffered the state and federal lawsuits that form the basis of this on-going and building case against Obama's eligibility. SIX states are doing what Arizona is-- for the same reason. Those state Attorneys General and Secretaries of State and governors are nearly all accomplished lawyers. They have looked at the massive evidence and concluded that that Obama may NOT be ineligible by birth to be on the ballot in their state. So careful who you call "nutters." You are not qualified to carry any of their briefcases.

Refusal to believe facts despite overwhelming evidence isn't always
related to intelligence. And it isn't limited to right wing
conservatives either. But it is very popular there.

When people want to believe something hard enough, they can convince
themselves. And smart people are actually better at that than dumb
people.
