Rupert and Fox should be proud. All innuendo and supposition with the
attendant effort of an ultra-right. Nothing there.

I'm not surprised though. Remember this writer's treatise on Sarah
Palin? Looking through a rose colored lens there.

Of course it did. This was the Chicago THUG Obama campaign. Axelrod and his crowd would do ANYTHING to win. in the 2008 primary they ruined Hillary and "pulled the race card" to win, according to Bill Clinton. Dirty tricks are also how before that Obama won the Illinois State Senate race and the US Senate races. He was behind a solid Republican candidate and then these thugs found enough dirt on their opponent to ruin him just before the election. They got a crooked judge to allow them to open sealed divorce court records!

But now it will come home to roost. People, even the mainstream media, are starting to understand who this scumbag is. And now that Obama has had ample opportunity and demonstrated that he is not capable of governing, they will turn on him.

This should be a wake up call to those who want background checks for
gun purchases. (Which is against the 2nd and 4th amendments.)
Background checks will mean medical records checks. And the medical
records will be handled by the IRS. Anybody the IRS doesn't like will
be refused a gun purchase.

I think the IRS is doing a fine job, (if they're reading this.) I
always pay my taxes on time with a smile. The government deserves
more than I can give. These aren't the droids you're looking for,
move along, move along.

I agree Ken.

But I would carry it a bit further. Knock off all tax-exempts except
those with 100% of their income going to charitable works. Minus
salaries for paid workers of course.

No political, no job related, no churches though I'd give a church the
benefit of the doubt IF they had a specific walled garden for their
charitable works.

Not directly on point but some (few) churches recognize that they
benefit from government services and voluntarily contribute to their
local governments.* IMO the original exemption for churches was
probably more based on religious groups providing charitable and
health services directly rather than through taxes than it was because
of the First Amendment.

* It's hard to know how many or how much, since any self-reporting is
probably only within the religious organizations themselves. I
haven't seen a mention for several years now.

Of course. And now the Republicans in Congress will dig until they find the "smoking guns" that proves that Obama and/or his campaign team ORDERED the IRS to persecute Obama's enemies, i.e. Republicans, TEA Party, Religious Right, etc. etc.

And when they find enough, they will subpoena the guilty and give them an opportunity to either give Obama up or lie under oath. And then prosecute them.

It will be fun to watch.

that mean ignore them. Rejecting is being aware and turning them down
Ken, that's a far cry from ignoring them.

Nixon was smart, extremely competent, and a very hard worker. Kennedy has stolen the 1960 election from him by manufacturing votes in Illinois. Everyone knew that but Nixon was reluctant to force a recount. It would have been nasty regardless of the outcome.

His economy was extremely well run. Every government agency was operating efficiently. Nixon opened our relations with China and much else. Every foreign country was aghast that we brought down a great US President for "only that!"

Nixon's crime was in supporting his team even after he learned they had committed a stupid criminal act. If he had thrown them under the buss he would have finished his term. He couldn't do that. Obama will do that. Obama is a complete narcissist.

But one thing can be learned from the Nixon Watergate incident: people in government get a very very strong clue from the top. They don't need to be told that the President wants to win REGARDLESS! (Even though Nixon would have strongly told them NOT TO BREAK INTO THE WATERGATE!) But they didn't ask, they just did it. Like with the IRS now, those in a position to push the limits of law and make a difference DO IT for the boss. I guarantee the IRS morons were expecting high praise! And I believe that if targeting Republican donors had not become public-- Chicago Mob Obama WOULD HAVE rewarded and promoted the IRS perps who screwed Republicans for him. They heard his repeated speeches listing the names of Republican organizations and even individuals. They read the scurrilous tarring of those people and those organizations during the campaign. Everyone knew Axelrod and team were Chicago campaign people, the same thugs who got Obama elected by RUINING his opponents to the state and US Senate. "Do it, but don't get caught!!!"

I hope they all lie to congress and go to jail penniless!

Yes, you do. We all know it. You paid top dollar for a broken down
pig in a poke, that you’ve been working months on.

But no one cares. Try not to hit anything like you did last time.

How do "we" (assuming anyone else other than your self even claims it)
"know" this, Michael?

Yes: I've been working on it--very slowly--for quite some time. But
mostly, it was the fact that working on a car in an unheated garage
space this winter wasn't really much fun.

You obviously care desperately.

And I didn't hit anything last time, BTW.

I remember reading that you hit a wall and it slowed you down during
one lap. Am I wrong?

No. I didn't try to deny it.

You said I "hit [something] [...] LAST TIME"...

...and the simple truth is that I didn't hit anything last time, or the
time before that. And the other truth is that in a competition where
time matters, I exceeded the limit by a couple of miles an hour in a
place where the wall is very close to the track and just tweaked one
rear suspension member.

It's racing: that happens.

ALL race drivers have incidents, Michael. If you're not occasionally
exceeding the limit, you're not going fast enough.

People who don't understand racing always focus on top speed. The part
that takes the balls is going through a corner at 80mph (for instance)
when it feels like 60mph would be a bad idea.

Any idiot can keep a modern car going flat out when the road is
straight. You're the perfect example of that fact.

It doesn't matter when - it only matters that you did. If you didn't
hit anything I would be wrong - but - you did.

Come out and show me what YOU know, Michael!

That's what you said...

You couldn't stay near me.

Tapped is more like it.

I haven't lied or obfuscated. I corrected an incorrect statement.

Hit is what is was - now that you were forced to admit it.

There was nothing incorrect in the statement, "you hit the wall", -
period.

Replacing what you snipped:

Done dancing yet, Loser? Or are you compelled to get in the last
word? Yes - you are compelled. So predictable. You must lose big at
poker, and life.

The last is yours, Loser - you are compelled, it's the only way you
can rationalize that you "won".
