Indeed she is. Remember that Fox News is #1, too, and no one ever
pretends that has anything to do with taste or reality, either. Being #1
on lists like that with a book like her piece of garbage have to do with
cheap sensationalism - nothing else.

Put Jon Bon Jovi in a Barnes and Noble store to sign his book (if he

Pretty much sums her up
Would have been more impressive if it wasn't being shifted at half
price...
It's too bad you didn't do any basic research.
All of the books on Amazon's Top 100 are selling for 40% to 65% off list
price. I can see how that would not support your argument and why you
left out that very important piece of information.
You may have a future as a news reporting for the MSM.
Wouldn't want to be, for exactly that reason. But I couldn't expect you
to understand that.

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (AP) - College students ditched class, employees skipped
work and some huddled in the cold overnight just to make sure they get an
orange wristband Wednesday that would let them meet Sarah Palin.
Thousands gathered outside a Barnes & Noble and chanted "Palin! Palin!
Palin!" for the kickoff of the former Republican vice presidential
candidate's "Going Rogue" book tour, which has taken on the feel of a
political pep rally.
Reminds me of H.B. Barnum's famous quote.

And a few paragraphs further down, "The memoir was released Tuesday
but has topped best-seller lists for weeks. At the Barnes & Noble,
about 1,000 orange wristbands were handed out, allowing wearers to get
two copies autographed by Palin at the three-hour signing event."
The LA Times' reporter, however, wrote" "After the mall opened
Wednesday morning, each of the estimated 1,500 people in line were
outfitted with orange wristbands, . . . ." [For the record, it should
read "each . . . was outfitted."]
So if we combine the two reports, we *do* reach "thousands". :-)
Gee, drawing crowds like that makes her a real candidate for something

You lefty whackos are brilliant. She was the governor of the largest

Sort of the same reason we ended up with Obama for president.
Sensationalism - nothing else (clearly now).

Yes, well it just shows how biased and worthless your opinion is, then.
Indeed, here's an indication of how smart and accurate Fox News is:
Clearly the most reliable and unbiased news source around. Right.
McCain sank himself. I've got to suspend my campaign and go back to
Washington and fix the economy. I can't point out the differences
between Obama and me, it wouldn't be fair.
Talk about idiots, McCain tops the list.
Add picking Palin to run with him, and I'm with you.
The Republicans did themselves no favors by selecting him for a
candidate.
Clark uses youtube for political analysis.
The economy sank McCain just like it is drowning Obama.
Amen! Regardless of who won, the economy was going to kick their ass.
Next election won't be about the 'economy', it will be about JOBS!
Regardless of good or bad news for Wall Street and the bankers, if the
people don't have jobs, then their congress critter is in danger of
being recalled home.
Sorry. I didn't even bother to check the link. Same old lame response
from people whose thesis has zero rhetorical content...find some
presumed errors in fact. Everyone makes errors in fact, especially
those errors presumed by sickos on the other side of some political
debate.
Again, MSNBC makes up the news, as does NBC. That's a lot different
from a presumed error in fact. FWIW, why didn't AP put fact checkers
on Obama's book? ...or Biden's?
I suppose you live in a cave up there in Cowlumbus, so here's an
example (one I have posted before). David Gregory wants to get some
negative commentary about people at tea parties, so he shows a guy
with a sign saying its time to water the tree of liberty. Gregory then
refers to the origin of the phrase, and then claims, without any
citation or even an image, that one of the OK City bombers wore a T
Shirt with that slogan, and thus the guy at the tea party must be a
foaming at the mouth nutcase militia type. Of course he could have
just interviewed the guy...but who needs reality when you have your
imagination.......anyhoo, he gives this absurd rant and then asked his
panel of sickophants to comment...and this on the only NBC news show
with any respect...so much for meet the press.
Even yesterday, some NBC loon was talking to people lined up to see
Palin and has to challenge the Palin supporter by saying she supported
the Bush bailout when she ran with McCain...and so how can anyone
support Palin...some "journalist" ...would do better covering UFOs for
the National Enquirer!
I dunno. Could be an interesting election. The salvation of the dems
is the fact that the same kind of out of touch elitists run the GOP as
run the Dems. Palin talks to conservatives, who the GOP must have to
win, but they reject Palin and put forth people like Romney and
Huckabee, not to mention invisible "leaders" like Steele, Boehner and
McConnell. People simply don't hear these "leaders". They do hear
Sarah Palin, and that's one of the principle things in politics.
Liberals hate Palin, of course, as much as conservatives hate
Obama...and there are 2X the conservatives as there are liberals...but
the GOP doesn't want to listen to conservatives...they expect them to
just vote GOP, which may well not happen.
JMHO, but of the GOP embraces Palin they will mop up the floor with
dems in 2010. If they don't, conservatives will be indifferent towards
the GOP. IMHO they won't. Didn't go to the "right" schools, doesn't
come from the "right" family". Comes from Idaho! No one from Idaho can
be taken seriously...not when we have elitists from the east coast who
have done such a great job so far!

As opposed to simply either a) distorting it (video 1) for their own

years previously?), or being just plain incompetent, ad videlo 2 shows.

Did Gregory lie about the T shirt? I don't think so:
A government exhibit from McVie's trial. Perhaps the guy was a relative
of the cretin that turned up to a carefully orchestrated rally against
Obama in Columbus with a sign that read "End Socailism (sic) Now".
Clearly from the top end of the intellectual tree.

Actually it is hard to fathom why people would line up for 24 hours to

Or Barack Obama. Too bad no one bought your book!
And indeed it would have been more impressive to see it on top at full
price. So what argument is not supported?
That's the best you can do to attack Fox? Pretty laughable.
Jobs is the economy. If the economy suck there are no jobs.
Does the fact that none of the Top 100 books on Amazon are selling at
full prices mean anything to you?
You misunderstand what I said. The people don't care about 'the
economy' as it isn't a direct hit to their perception. But no job, or
underemployed, or reduced pay because of that 'economy' matter to them.
It will be what determines the next election.
Not that the 'economy' turned around, but do they personally have a job.
Not when some idiot is holding it up as the only impartial and accurate
news source, it isn't.

You missed the point - people who hold up signs saying "End Socailism
(sic)" tend to wear t shirts like that. McVeigh did, and we know where
he stood on the political spectrum. Or do they all have Che Guevara ones?
But I am glad to see that you no longer challenge the accuracy of

It was the "more honest" that I was talking about - "they don't make
news up to comment on". Please - fake footage purporting to show big
crowds ata Palin book signing, that is actually from a year ago. That
might be excused as a slip is it was not their track record - witness
the DC Tea Party rally, where Fox had to blow up the numbers by using a
two year old picture of a totally different gathering on the Mall. "More
honest" - give me strength.

In other words, you have absolutely nothing - zippo.
It worked for Obama? Why wouldn't it work for Palin? Add to that that
Palin is a conservative, and 40% of the US electorate says they are
conservative; only 20% say they are, as is Obama, liberal. Should work
twice as well!
The real kicker is that the US electorate is clearly sick of elitists
like Obama and the Bushes, and Palin is ideal...but the GOP, like the
Dems, is dominated by elitists at the moment...we'll have to see what
happens in Florida though.
