He's posting through google groups on an iphone. Sometimes it posts but then makes you think it didn't because the confirmation fails, so you hit the post button again.

So Glenn Reynolds thinks the GOP is more effective at the state level because the state level press isn't as liberal biased?

The N&O and WUNC will be pleased to hear this.

(he is correct though that there is less press scrutiny overall at the state level)

Nobody said they were effective. He said there were more effective.
