That would not be needed if poor people did not have children they
can't support. Some rights are for responsible people.

I just heard on the news that he will be voting yes. Whether or not
anything changed to prompt this, I do not know.

The GOP raised the child tax credit and threw a few billion more dollars into the budget deficit so that made it OK with Rubio. After all, if you're increasing the federal debt by 1.5 trillion dollars, what do a few billion more dollars matter?

So much for all the GOP wailing about deficit spending the last 2 decades. They get their first chance to act on their convictions unimpeded by the Democrats and they show the world how much their talk about fiscal responsibility and balanced budgets was just bullshit.
