Articles about someone getting crushed or destroyed are up there with "weird old trick" and "your jaw will drop when you see".

The only thing about that which would be "fact" if that were the case would imply Americans have no right to health care -- which would mean they don't have a right to live either.

The Republican Health Care Plan: HUADA. Hurry Up And Die Already.

If everyone who didn't have healthcare died before Obama, there would
never have been an Obama.

EVERY American has a right to healthcare - they just don't have the
right to make someone else pay for it imposed by the Constitution.

No, that makes healthcare - and hence life - a PRIVILEGE, just like a Rolls Royce or anything else of that ilk.

But I guess that would just mean all three of the "inalienable rights" do not exist, because you can't allow me the other two.

The rights DO exist, but your are not sufficiently advanced mentally
to comprehend their meaning.

Jun 17, 2017 - The U.S. Declaration of Independence states: “We hold
these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal and
endowed by their creator with certain unalienable rights including
life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.”

1. All men are NOT created equal - except for the soul if you are a
Christian.
2. Life is temporary.
3. Liberty is based on not being incarcerated.
4. Pursuit of hapiness does not guarantee happiness.

That is not to say that incompetent people spin those rights to differ
from the facts - and I expect you will.

And then you go and say the exact opposite.

I think we would go a long way in this country once we admit this fact. All are not and never have been created equally.

> 2. Life is temporary.

And there is no inherent right to it, especially under the Republican and Conservative platforms.

That'd be one way to go about it, but I think it far simpler:

> 4. Pursuit of hapiness does not guarantee happiness.

And here's where your argument falls apart. We're not even to the concept of result here. If a person's pursuit of happiness -- even the act of pursuit -- sufficiently violates the safety of important-enough others, than that person has neither liberty nor the right to pursue happiness.

Who died or was denied treatment because of any political platform?

Your source, the DoI is silent on that.

It surely works if the other side gets killed.

If that pursuit endangers wage earners, you die, too, because there is
no golden goose.

Well, it could be that she's just that bad and it is fun to watch
people make fools of themselves defending her. Kind of like Trump
or Clinton.

No. It's the only explanation that allows my intelligent mind to wrap around that you've been allowed to live so long.

You're about to see millions do so, because "socialism", as you term it, is the only reason this country has 320 million people in it, and not, say, 200 million, give or take each way.

Because you completely confuse the concept. You're taking it too far down the road.

You don't even have a blanket right to PURSUE happiness. Forget the result, that's irrelevant.

Proving my point. Again, there's no statement on result. The PURSUIT is sufficient.

We all have healthcare readily available.
The right to life is the right to defend one's life.
There is no right to demand other people to take care of you.
