If I knew then what I know now, I would've voted for McCain & Mitt both.

We should have voted for the architect of the model for Obamacare because Obamacare saved no lives?

McCain, no.

Mitt... wouldn't have voted for him but I think he would have been OK if he won.

I suspect the UnACA saved some lives. But it was unneeded before LBJ -
they got treated anyhow. Obie just need to increase the deficit to
make him look good to other socialists.

The article said that the Massachusetts system did save lives and that Obamacare did not. Maybe we should have hired the successful architect.

Quoting:

"Some studies do suggest that health insurance can
saves lives. But these focus either on individuals with
private coverage or on the Massachusetts health-care
reform law of 2006, which primarily expanded private
coverage within the Bay State. The ACA, by contrast, is
primarily an expansion of Medicaid"

Primarily, yes. But that ignores the millions of people
with private insurance that didn't have it before. And
ignores the Massachusetts health-care plan *also* had
an increase in Medicare, by identifying eligible people
and having them sign-up instead of use their marketplace.

Not to mention the whole "Medicaid doesn't save lives,"
based at least in part on a study that showed a 33%
decrease (by state, since they don't go to actual count) in
mortality. Since when is 1/3rd zero?

Those people who now have insurance, can't afford to use it.
