Very true.

The first point is the one you make every year about this time and is
debateable.

> 2) michigan had their shot at tOSU and lost

The 2nd point is meaningless. If Michigan has the better resume then they
should get the shot.

No, they didn't.

Send Florida up to play the BCS Championship Game in Columbus. That would
be fair, right? Betcha they lose by more than 3.

Hell, they lose by 3 *touchdowns* on a neutral field.

no. the issue isn't "who is 2nd best", it's "who should play ohio state"?

What are those quotes doing around the who is 2nd best part? The question
of who should play Ohio State is simple..the team with the 2nd best resume.
And that would render your point #2 above irrelevant. You seem to like
rigged voting. Are you a Democrat?

If you go by opponents' winning percentage, the answer is everybody.

Yes, but that should only preclude them if there is no comparable team
available to step up (i.e. if Florida had lost). There is, so it does
matter.

All right then, let's see your analysis, because you are very much in
the minority on this point...

Not if tOSU loses the turnover battle 0-3, they wouldn't.

And so would Michigan.
