I mean we are what....24 or so games into the sherman regime, and
clearly he doesnt have a ******* clue what he is doing.
They're going to get blown out tonight clearly, and the defense is a
mess......
really...why give him another year? cut your losses and move on.
It's Mike Freaking Sherman. Take this from someone who followed the
Packers -- this guy doesn't have a ******* clue about what he is doing
with respect to ANYTHING football.
Mike
Thanks to your article, divine intervention has set in and we have a
barn-burner (and not a blowout) in College Station.

How does it feel to have the throbbing cock of every "traditional
college football power" down your throat? You are a Yankee and Laker
fan, too, arent you?

actually no...
next?
You make a great point ... on that's been made for a couple of years
now, but great none the less.
Texas is probably in the title game and McCoy in the Heisman race with
a schedule that contains only 2 top-20 wins. One was against a team
playing their backup QB in which McCoy threw for a whopping 127 yards
and needed to make a tackle on his own pick to save the game. The
other was against Oklahoma State ... which seems like a "better" win
because they're ranked higher, but it's debatable.
Outside of that ... baylor, central florida, wyoming, LA-Monroe, gave
up 39 to a woeful TAMU.
Last year, the Big 12 was more like the WAC with hype on steroids than
anything else. Yep, it looks like they've got the formula down.
But as far as seeing teams who look like title-worthy combatants, this
year has been remarkedly underwhelming. Florida has looked bad and
sloppy, 'Bama has looked bad and sloppy (and both have been noted to
have been saved a couple of times), and Texas has been just there ...
no really good, but they really haven't played a good defense yet.
you could repeating this lie....Bama and florida have both played
*one* very close/up in the air game all year.......
if anything, it's remarkable how consistent they have been.
What's the lie ... that the announcers regularly have commented on how
unimpressed they are by Florida or 'bama? That Florida has played all
of 2 currently ranked teams and they're 17+? That they both haven't
been basically rescued by questionable calls in close games this year?

> if anything, it's remarkable how consistent they have been.
It's remarkable that their schedules are as bad as they are.

> ), and Texas has been just there ...
Yeah, they haven't done much to impress either.
This year's title comes down to ... "Florida/Bama" because they
haven't had a really horrible game that wasn't salvaged for them,
versus Texas, who basically beat an over-achieving OkSt that flopped
on that Saturday.
The Heisman is down to ... "well, who didn't screw it up as much"
between the QBs.
bama certainly wasn't.....florida got a bad personal foul call on 1st
down in the middle of the drive.....bfd....
the fact that you rsfcers are so obsessed with one bad 15 yard penalty
on first down in the middle of a drive is sad.

what's florida's sos? bama's?
Did the conference reprimand the officials after Florida benefited
from a game? And it makes a hell of a difference in a year with 6
undefeateds.
> what's florida's sos? bama's?
I don't know ... given that they're in the same conference, they'll be
close. I'd say 45-50 each.
I'll bet that WV has a stronger ranking than either of them.

Alabama 12, Tennessee 10
Alabama 24, LSU 15 ... LSU led going into the 4th.
Florida 23, Arkansas 20... major assist from the zebras
Florida 29, MissSt 19... was tied until 5:15 left in the 3rd
'lie', indeed... not.
The only liar in this conversation, as usual, is you.

Alabama: 41st
Florida: 51st
