You've got to be kiddin' right? Please tell me you aren't serious and
that I don't have to list the academic honors won by football players in
the last ten years. BTW, USC is the number one school in the nation in
regards to the number of post-graduate scholarships won by athletes.

I don't know, maybe this merits a mention in the FAQ. The "JEALOUS

it. I guess it could explain all those weird looks I get...

Aw, come on John, Miami of *OHIO* as a "football factory?" Now I know
they've had some good/great years down there in Oxford, as well being
a "cradle of coaches", but even after all that, most people hear
"Miami" and think of Jimmy Johnson. The "other" (and older) Miami
has a reputation of being a "public ivy", so the equivalence that
Chase tried to imply struck me as funny (but then again I have a strange
sense of humor).

Guess what baby. Miami of Florida is probably
a better school than Miami of Ohio. There's
this ridiculous notion out there that Mi-Oh
is some sort of spectacular place. It ain't.

Well, FB, I'll leave the gist of this to the fish that
will undoubtedly flock to your stinkbait, but I did want
to clarify something. I didn't say that Miami(FL) was a
bad school, nor did I want to imply that. But they usually
run in the list of publicly perceived "football schools"
(along with my own school, I might add), while Miami-OH
doesn't.

I didn't mean that I thought Miami of Ohio was a factory. I thought that was a
cut on the school. And that didn't make sense. It probably was funny to most
people. I dunno...

Draft day update: Ki-Jana Carter was rushed to the hospital following his
first-round selection by the Bengals due to an allergic reaction to the
Bengals uniform. An unnamed family member said "Man, Ki-Jana's never seen
so many stripes in his life!". Carter's agent threatened a holdout if the
Bengal's do not change their mascot to an albino tiger.

Penn State teammate Kerry Collins was more fortunate, although he's stuck
playing for a team called the "Panthers". Yuck.
