If RSFC wasn't on the NSA watchlist in the past decade, they were slacking off; if it ends up on it after someone puts those words in their .sig file now, they're just using us for target practice.

He doesn't need transparent efforts with me. I take him at his word that he solves the new Project Euler problems as they're posted. And I know for a fact that he pointed me in the right direction on some of the more trivial ones a couple times a while back.

After looking up several meanings of RSFC, I still have no idea which one you mean.
