A University of Minnesota offered his vote for sale on eBay. He claims
now it was a joke but he has been properly charged with a felony for
doing so. Here's the article:

Joke or not, I hope it is ruled that he shall be forever ineligible to
vote again as anyone who takes such a dim view of voting is unworthy of
the privilege.

ABHornant. Only lobbiest and congressman are allowed to buy and sell
votes.
