I havent seen much of him.....surely his winning ways have carried over on the field to some nfl franchise right?

I don't see him having success as a player, he's just not fast enough,

not tall enough or with a strong enough arm--his strength is his
knowledge of the game. He'll probably end up as a head coach one day.
