Oh wait, what's this?

funny how none of the 'wingers who huffed and puffed over this
supposed hypocrisy seem to have noticed this.
Shit - meant to mention that and give them kudos. Yes.
Hell, even during the campaign, Obama said the children of
politicians, specifically Palin's are off limits, before he continued
to stand by and do nothing about his operatives and supporters attack
Palin's children.
So when will NOW demand Letterman's ouster as they did with Don Imus?
She's the one that decided to use her children as props (or at least
didn't stand up to McCain's people if it was their idea).
Not much of a scathing comdemnation. But they use the opportunity to
condemn a Rush Limbaugh joke about Chelsea. Apparently they don't
understand what a sexist joke is.
WTF was NOW when Letterman was doing his Paline joke a day or more every
night?
They only said something because of the public backlash.
What a fucking bunch of hypocrits the NAGS are.
Heiman
I noticed it.
I also noticed that they could not stay on topic.

Standing on stage with your parents is being "used as a prop"?
So you are saying that Obama's daughters are dirty whores too?
Really?
You're gonna use the same term to describe two girls (ages 7 and 10)
who have never seen a dick AND a 17 yr old unwed mother who has been
by several accounts riding the pink pony since she was 14?
Really?

When I read your posts I realize I don't even speak English. You have
some fascinating expressions. "Riding the pink pony", indeed. 8-)

In case you didn't notice, my second question was intended to be
facetious. (The proper answer to my facetious question is: OF COURSE
NOT.)
And, with regard to the teenage girl in question who is KNOWN to have
"seen a dick", she and her family were at least not hypocritical in
their actions when she got herself all knocked up. Her mother, of
course, encourage teenage abstinence (IMO, not a bad thing to
encourage). But her mother also supported "total" sex education (i.e.
encouraging abstinence but also full education as to birth control
methods available) in Alaska schools. Her mother's church/faith also
is not opposed to birth control. No hyprocrisy in the least by the
Palin's in their actions. Just a stupid teenage mistake by the
daughter.
So, considering my response above was in disagreement to the premise
that "dumb teenage girl gets knocked up and dares to stand on stage
with her politician mother, ergo she is a dirty whore" and you seem to
disagree with me, then you think that this dumb teenage girl that made
a mistake who dared to stand on stage with her politician mother
deserves the label "dirty whore"?

Are you creating something about which to be 'outraged' yet again?
(In case you can't figure that out, where have you seen the Palin girl
labeled as a "dirty whore"?)

Are you aware of David Letterman's occupation, Rogers?
A few month old baby doesn't belong on a stage at 11pm around bright
lights and loud crowds. And he especially doesn't deserve being
passed around like a loaf of bread, ending up in the 7-year old's
(Piper?) hands, with his head hanging down towards the floor because
it is not being supported properly. (This was after the VP debate.)
That is using your baby as a prop.
FYI -- Neither Sarah nor Todd noticed this, but I did, because I would
never let my months old baby out of my sight.
No, Im just saying there's no need to paint Palin's girl and the
Obama's girls with the same brush..
Mookie
He's the one that decided to use his children as props (or at least
didn't stand up to his people if it was their idea).

Even if that's true (pay attention now)... is going after his children
an appropriate response? Think carefully before you answer.
I am confused by your statement.
You think the standard of treatment for Obama's girls and Palin's girl
should be different?
Standard of treatment? No. Actual treatment? Yes. Reason - one set
is young and hasn't gotten into any trouble - one member of the other
set is older, and got herself knocked up.
And if you're now going to pretend that, had the situations been
reversed (Obama the one with older daughters, it comes out that the
oldest is pregnant) you/Rush/Hannity/etc wouldn't have gone absolutely
apeshit about it - well, hear that? Yep, you can hear me laughing all
the way over there in Atlanta.
In fact, if we're projecting woulda coulda beens, I'd wager it woulda
been an even *bigger* dust up, had the situation been revered - "See!",
the righteous Right-Winger exclaims, pointing, "See the values these
*Libruls* hand down to their children!"
So stuff your faux indignation in a sack, mister!
Cheers.

Willow Palin is PREGNANT? Really? She's only 14, not THAT much older
than Obama's daughters. WTF are you talking about?

You can play that game, but Biden's law-breaking daughter and crooked
son made barely a blip on the radar, in fact the majority of people
reading this are going to have to Google this to know what I am
refering to. How about Edward's love child? Oh yeah the MSM sat on
that one. But you are being dishonest. Nobody went apeshit when
Olbermann/Madow etc. was all over the Palin pregnancy story because
like Hannity/Limbaugh it's part of their job.

Now I'm confused by your statement. "Families are off-limits" That's
WAS the policy, how has that changed?
> Cheers.
-Tom Enright
This is just silly now. There's only 1 Palin girl, and it's Willow?
Cue Crickets -- the righties have no retorts to this, do they?
There was only 1 Palin girl at the baseball game Letterman referenced.
...chirp....chirp...chirp...
-Tom Enright
Oh, that's what you mean. Letterman already apolgized for that.
Who's keeping the story alive?
WTF is with the chirp/chirp nonsense, TOE? Why would I respond to your
ridiculous "Willow Palin is PREGNANT?" retort? It's pretty @!#%ing far
from the context of my reply to John, which was discussing the "standard
of treatment for Obama's girls and Palin's girls" (his words) in a much
more general sense.
Cheers.

The "standard of treatment" in this case was SPECIFICALLY with regard
to the Letterman issue, you dishonest asshat.
Oh, bullshit - you asked Mrs. Mookie a general question:
She said:
_______
No, Im just saying there's no need to paint Palin's girl and the Obama's
girls with the same brush..
_______
You replied:
_______
I am confused by your statement.
You think the standard of treatment for Obama's girls and Palin's girl
should be different?
_______
Now you're claiming this is all in the context "SPECIFICALLY with regard
to the Letterman issue"? That makes zero sense.
Look at that, John - with just a quick Ctrl-C, Ctrl-V, I proved what
everyone's always telling me - that you're full of shit.
Cheers.
