Thought I'd repost the spambot's article.

Watching the Cal/UW game last week, there was a play where a UW
running back was about to be tackled behind the line, and a Cal
defender hit him from behind so hard it propelled him forward eight
yards to the first down. It was an interesting play, but ESPN cut
away to the Gameday dipshits getting ready for the Bama/LSU game--just
a shot of them getting to the stadium in their limos, and they did the
obligatory Gameday pimping, and by the time they returned to the game,
the snap had already taken place and the next play was underway. No
replay, not even a mention.

ESPN is really fucked up.

What does that have to do with Tebow?

The article just talks about how ESPN has subverted coverage of actual
sproting news for entertainment ratings grabs and self promotion. My
comment showed how true this is. The play I referred to reminded me
of a Hot Wheels track that had the little electric booster that made
the cars suddenly shoot down the track. The running back in question
is fast, but he was running about 3.5 40 yd dash pace thanks to the
shove from behind.

Oh...I'm with you there.

Can't we just let the sports be about the game?

I don't really care that <incredibly highly paid athlete> does
whatever outside of the playing field.
