Towson beat everyone but Delaware on the weekend.
Elon beat ECU for 3rd place, 13-11.
Duke captured 5th by beating Georgetown.
American beat Wake Forest for 7th place. They led at half time 5-1
before Wake tied the game at 7s. American went up 2 and they traded to
the 9-7 final.
The rain stayed away all weekend...today the weather channel called
for 80% chance of rain...and it held off!
Jason collected tons of surveys and will be tabulating and publishing
those results in the next couple of days.
Feebback all seemed good.
The Observers did a GREAT job. Rave reviews, and deservedly so.
These guys were great this weekend. Mechanics looked great. We
worked on some things, had some points of emphasis, made some
adjustments, experimented with some stuff.
Plugging the spring events again....

Throughout the school year, you should hold 9 of the tournaments. For
the last one, only invite......the winners of the first 8.
----that is a beautiful idea.
or hold 4...and invite the top 2 from each to the grand champion 8's
or create 8 confrences and hold conference, then sectional (combo of 2
conferences....top 4 from each conference event), then regional (south
and north regions constisting of 4 conferences........again, top 4
from ech sectional event), then a national(or final) event consisting
of the top 4 teams from each region.
thats 8 conference events
then 4 sectional events
than 2 regional events
then a final event.
so its all tiered......and somewhat geographically relevant (or
"traditional cloogeg conference" relevant)
