Cash Crop's second season is approaching, and we are gearing
up for what will be an exciting 2012 club season. We are
looking to improve on a successful 2011 campaign that
included 3 wins over nationals qualifiers. We strive to
continue both our strong work ethic and team chemistry.

Our goal for this season is to form an elite, competitive
team. We also welcome younger players striving to enhance
their abilities by competing in the fall series.

Our season will kick off with the second annual Crop Circle,
an open tryout tournament. It will be a hat style round
robin that is open to all interested players. It will be
held on Saturday, May 12th from 10am to 4pm. Like last
year's successful venture there will be a cookout at the
fields afterwards. We are finalizing the location in the
Raleigh/Durham area. Stay tuned.

Other important dates to mark on your calendar are:
May 19th - open tryouts
June 2nd - closed tryouts

Please email us (mailto:ben.d...@gmail.com OR
mailto:jcu...@gmail.com) if you would like to attend. If you
are unable to attend, please email us to indicate your
interest level in joining us.

The end of our 2011 campaign is a memory that still stings.

This year, we plan on training hard and giving our all to
get another shot at making the national championship
tournament.

No matter the outcome of our season, we will fight hard
together, and enjoy ourselves every step of the way.

We hope some more great guys will come along for the
journey.
Email us with any questions regarding the upcoming season.

Looking forward,
Ben Dieter

Ben,

I apologize on behalf of whatever Oakland player posted that. I
honestly do not know who posted it, but it was certainly out of line
and uncalled for. We look forward to getting to battle you guys again
this season. Sorry for jacking your thread.

Not surprising from one of the classiest and nicest guys
I've ever had the pleasure of playing with. If you want to
play for an all around great captain, great person, and
someone who will inspire you with how hard he works, play
Cash Crop 2012. You won't regret it.

Love Ya Dieter
