To me, they looked to be in a little better shape than everyone else. I suppose it helped (from a fantasy persective) that the SE had a much smaller team than the other. Fewer players means each does more... Most Goals = 10 by John Hammond (SE) Most Assists = 12 by Tim Gehret (SE) Most D's = Dan Miller (NE) Most Turnovers = 8 tie between Brandon Steets/John Hammond And, finally, for the embarrassing stat of the weekend... Worst Fantasy Performance: Ian McClellan (that's me): -5 .........oh well........ I found it difficult to focus on my playing because my mind was all over the place (field setup, tents/trash on the fields, space for spectators, turning the DJ's music down away from our fields, food/water, money people owe me, money I owe to people, which volunteer refs will show up each game, which ones won't, who I could beg to fill in for the no-shows, ref calls, ref no-calls, time keepers, score/stat keepers, rules that work, rules that don't, refs that didn't read the rules, etc...) just trying to make everything run smoothly... plus, I had just come back from 3 months of a stress fractured foot... But I know I played terrible ultimate (sorry Nexus)... Let me just say I'll play better next time... I have a lot to say about the weekend, but the world cup game is about to start... perhaps tomorrow...
