If you can find a pair in your size I think the shoe of the
day is the Nike Zoom Vapor Carbon Fly TD's.

If you can't find a pair that fits (or don't want to spend
the money), a pair of women's LAX cleats would be your best
bet. They're built for the same goals as ultimate, running
and cutting. Soccer cleats are built for running and
cutting, but are prioritized for kicking a ball, so no toe
cleat which would interfere with kicks and lots of
optimization for the outersole of the forefoot for kicking
the ball.

I've always been a Nike guy but I'm not a fan of what they've got going on with their football cleats right now. The Vapor Carbon broke really easily and this year's models seemed really uncomfortable when I tried them on. I still have two pair of the Vapor Jet, which I think were the best cleats I've ever had.

I also just got a pair of the Under Armour Blur (http://www.underarmour.com/shop/us/en/pid1226947-001). Can't comment on the durability yet, but in terms of traction, comfort, and weight I think they're a great option for ultimate.
