One more note:

We plan to separate the Open division this year into an Elite division
and a Regular division-- experienced club teams may find the Elite
division more fitting, while newer club teams or college teams may
find the Regular division more fitting.  Include your division
preference in your bid, we will do our best to match teams up in a
division with teams of near skill level.
