UV - Live Streaming of all WUGC 08 Finals

We'll we've had to work out a few kinks but we will now be live
streaming all the finals for the low price of only $7. We are now
offering two streams, one low for people with slower internet
connections and one high for those with good download speeds. We've
also lowered the bitrate of the audio to help keep it in sync with the
video.

This has been a huge learning process for UltiVillage but we're
excited about the possibilities that live webcasts offer. Thanks to
