I mean shit, the huddle dedicated a whole issue to their cause, gave
them a forum and talked up their plans on attending potlatch and
NUTHIN????? was it all just meaningless hype???? and insincere
effort????? what gives? and why wouldnt dtb use rsd as an avenue to
get out their message? surely a TON more people frequent here than
they do the huddle. Whats their trip again anyways????? social
awarness? racial diversity? and how do they go about achieving these
goals again???? discussion? is there any place better suited for
discussion than here? Or is it one of those issues that most wont
touch with a ten foot pole? maybe they feel that they have to corner
their target in person like a desperate jahovia witness. Personally,
i have no problem with jahovia witnesses knocking om my door. And
truthfully its usually them that are the ones trying to slime their
way out of the conversation after a few short minutes. Now some try
to endure my schtick but even the most zealous witnesses get worn
down. And its often the case they have to bring in backups. Come to
think of it its A LOT like being here on rsd...........with the spirit
zealots being jahovia witnesses of course.

SO BRING IT ON DTB.........I'M CALLIN YOU PEOPLE OUT.

It's humor. Humor is that thing that makes other people laugh. Chill
out a bit buddy. Not sure if you know this, but Potlatch is a hard
playing, long 3 day party for some. Maybe their tired from the long
tourney. Or maybe they just don't give a crap what you or I want.
Either way, it's always a good time for a shocker. Thanks to all the
organizers of Potlatch. I for one, as anyone who saw me there can
attest to, had a great time.

Todd-

Couldn't it simply be that they're taking their time to reflect on
whatever conversations were had and topics discussed, and they'll post
a report and analysis through the same medium they did the first time,
i.e. The Huddle? What would motivate them to initiate a (perhaps)
less prepared statement on RSD (the quality of which has been so poor
lately) when The Huddle can professionally present and host their
write-up?

A shocker is a maneuver in which two fingers (the pointer and middle)
are inserted into the vagina while one finger (the pinky) is
simultaneously, and unexpectedly, inserted into the anus. Thus it
comes as a shock to the female experiencing said maneuver.

QFT is an acronym that means quoted for truth, meaning the respondent
wishes to highlight a specific statement because he agrees with it and
believe it to be highly truthful.

So wait, are you saying people actually stop to make thoughtful
comments? You mean they gather as much relevant information, think
about it and then comment rather than going off half-cocked and going
on a rant that clearly shows they have no idea what they are talking
about? You mean sometimes people don't just make crass assumptions
about a situation and go on and on based on those assumptions without
gathering facts? You mean they actually have discussions for the sake
of productive exchange rather than blowing hot air to bring attention
to themselves?

Wow!!! What a concept!

I have no recalled interaction with them off the field. This may not
be saying much since the fog of war is still pretty thick and I just
got home last night infused with bacon. Shocking, I know. I really
don't know much about them. My ill-informed impression is they want
to explore the concept of race in ultimate? Are you trying to ask my
view on this? Well, my good man, I say good on them. Go for it.
Keep playing hard and have fun doing it. Also, if you have a trickle
charger from this weekend, my bike trailer and trailer boombox wanted
to have a play date this weekend but can't since trailer battery is
dead. Sad. Shocking...

Buzz=chilling?

Having played on DTB this weekend, I will be posting my write-up from
the tournament across its many aspects to my blog as soon as I've
fleshed them all out. I've extended the invitation for any DTBers who
wish to post their own take to use my blog as a forum as well if they
wish.
