Yes, the dates are correct, Thurs. - Sat., 7/4 - 7/6

Elite Women's and Open teams are being invited, but if you haven't been
contacted and wish to submit a bid, please inquire over email.  The entry
fee is $200/ team and $10/player for a roster of over 20 players.  Please
submit a $100 deposit made payable to Grass Roots Ultimate to:

A Div. Open:  So far we've heard from LA, SD, SF, and Alvin.  At large
invitations are out to NY, Seattle, Chicago, Boston, Philly, Ring,
Atlanta and a few others (if you're on one of these teams and haven't yet
heard, please contact Dave Smith at the phone or email above).

A Div. Women:  Allison Boyd and Mary Hagler are handling the women's
invites and apparently Verge is a definite, along with other high level
interest. Please contact them for more information.

B Div. : We're looking for more fields and would like to do both Open and
Women's B Div. - this may not be possible - keep in touch with rsd for
more info. If this does happen then the all B Div. play will take place
over Thurs. and Fri. only.

Schedule and Ammenities:

The tournament is under new managment - and if you've ever been to a
tournament run by Grass Roots Ultimate (TDs of the LAMA and Ultimate
Benefit tournaments in Boulder) then you know your in for a great time.

Normal great tournament stuff applies:  Bagels, fruit, water, massage,
dinner, party, and finals with mucho fanfare.

Thurs:  Round Robin all day, men's and women's - discounts at local
restaurants.
Fri: Round Robin con't., dinner for players
Sat: Semis and finals - raging tournament party
Sunday: guess what? you've got a whole day to chill in the mountains and
do whatever the hell you want. Zeke is also talking about taking people
on his new golf course.
