Each succeeding post for the Boulder 4th of July will contain updates
with regard to many facets of the tournament (bids received, fields,
party, prizes, etc.). Keep posted and please avoid flooding the
mailboxes of the TD and Contacts with questions that are answered below.

A Div. Women: Confirmed participants include: Verge, Atlanta, Seattle,
Chicago, Phat City, Ozone, Rare Air (Co.), and another Co. team. Please
contact Allison or Mary for more information.
All entries (deposits) for the Women's A Division are due May 20th as we
will need to mail out Captain's Packets by June 1. Your cooperation is
greatly appreciated. Women's invites are being handled by Allison Boyd
and Mary Hagler.

Yes, the dates are correct, Thurs. - Sat., 7/4 - 7/6
Elite Women's and Open teams are being invited, but if you haven't been
contacted and wish to submit a bid, follow the bid instructions above.
The entry fee is $200/ team and $10/player for a roster of over 20
players. Please submit a $100 deposit made payable to Grass Roots
Ultimate to:

B Div. : We have found fields for the B Division in Longmont (15-20
minutes NE of Boulder) and would like to do both a men's and women's
division. All B division play will take place Thursday and Friday only.
The same entry process applies.
Schedule and Amenities:
The tournament is under new management - and if you've ever been to a
tournament run by Grass Roots Ultimate (TDs of the LAMA and Ultimate
Benefit tournaments in Boulder) then you know your in for a great time.
Normal great tournament stuff applies: Bagels, fruit, water, massage,
dinner, party, and finals with mucho fanfare.
Thurs: Round Robin all day, men's and women's - discounts at local
restaurants.
Fri: Round Robin con't., dinner for players catered by Old Chicago
Sat: Semis and finals - raging tournament party at the downtown Boulder
Theater
Sunday: guess what? you've got a whole day to chill in the mountains and
do whatever the hell you want. Zeke is also talking about taking people
on his new Tantra golf course on Sunday.
