After clearing cache and history and everything it still didn't work
for me on Chrome. Worked on IE though.

HD not working for me either. Tried Chrome, FF and Safari.
SD seems fine.

Is there a way to choose SD once you've entered your
tournament pass?

Dear NGN Viewers,

We apologize for the viewing issues this morning. We're
using a 4G connection and despite several successful tests
at the field site the bandwidth today is not providing
adequate bandwidth to deliver our streams. We're going to
condense our streams and bandwidth into one feed, which will
be available to everyone.

We realize this significantly affects our Tournament Pass
program. We will rectify this after the tournament, but
right now we're going to focus on the production and getting
everyone the best stream we can with the bandwidth that is
available.

Thank you for sticking with us and we hope everyone will be
able to enjoy the rest of the weekend without significant
issue.

At least we know there's an audience.

Didn't see this on the NGN site, but when are on-demand
games available? I just came home from a long day at work
hoping to watch some college ultimate, but it's nowhere to
be found. The on-demand option looks far less attractive
when it's not available until after the weekend is over.

I'm excited for the product, hopefully you guys get it
figured out and we can move on to better coverage.

From NGN FAQ:
"A Tournament Pass is two things: 1) an upgraded
high-quality (HQ) version of your live stream and 2) an
access pass to watch a tournament's games on-demand* for a
30-day period after they've aired. *games are available
on-demand 2 days after a tournament ends."

Yeah, would have sold it for me as well if I could access
day of. Maybe next (tourny/year/etc)

My guess the 2 day wait is so they can edit the game and get
rid of down time (between points, half time, prolonged
discussions, etc).

I remember them also having turn around issues with the
NexGen series this summer (promising 24 hours, but actually
getting it done in 36-48). My guess is they didn't want to
promise something they weren't at least 95% certain they
could do, which is why they don't offer archived versions
later the same day.

Not sure how I missed that, thank you. I'm also having
problems loading the watch live page, though I hope that is
only because there currently isn't anything live.

Maybe first televised game of the day should be the team
hosting the tournament? Give NGN one to work the bugs out?
They'll eventually work out the kinks, the but initial hop
from the fields to the internet could vary from tournament
to tournament.

Wonder if a directional WIFI setup might not be the way to
go for most tournaments? Hate to rely on a 4G connection.
I'd think for Austin and Wilmington, there'd be an internet
connection within 200 yards of the fields.

I couldn't access any of the quarters and semis isn't playing now. This is really unfortunate

Anyone able to watch the semis right now? The stream appears
to be have been down all day so far.

Really unfortunate. Looks like we're missing a pretty good
game.

The game worked for me from 10-10 on, and some others on the
Skyd liveblog at 8-8. Check back on the finals, it may be up
and working.

I payed for the HD quality and never received a registration
code.... Are we supposed to receive an email with the code?

Awesome stuff. Darker/thicker lines would've been nice,
looking forward to Centex/Easterns.

Suggestion: The cameramen need to compensate for the score
graphic sitting at the bottom of the screen. The score
graphic often blocked the field of play while the top of the
screen usually just contained sky or trees.

Or alternatively, perhaps they could place the score graphic at the top of the screen.
