could we all please just stop the pathetic bickering? Seriously, you
guys all sound like children. Though i've never played dischoops, i'm
sure it's a good game in it's own right, as is ultimate. Trying to
"debunk" ultimate on these boards of all things is not the best way to
get support or convince people to play. Offer it as an alternative,
another game just like you can choose between ice hockey, floor
hocker, roller hockey, or even field hockey, just don't come in and
get mad at the UPA for enforcing rules that most people seem to agree
with and adhere to.
On the other hand, everyone else leave dischoops alone. Just because
the creator wants to come in and say Ultimate has many flaws and he
doesn't like it doesn't give you a reason to talk crap about his sport
either. Take the higher ground, have respect for a new game, and play
the one that you like.

anyone can do that to any sport. take a basketball team from the 80's
