What are your goals for the new year?

It's less than a day till 2010. Plenty of time to think
about all the great things that will happen in the coming
months. I was thinking we could write down our goals for the
new year and help each other accomplish them through the
support we can get from this forum.

Keeping it simple, just 3 goals.

Personal goal: Be the leader my team needs to get to the
next level.

Team goal: Become a legitimate club team in NYC.

Ultimate goal: Help spread the love of Ultimate to kids
through community sponsored activities.

continue to harass spirit zealots......and the upa.......which is
really one in the same.

AND continue to support and flourish all efforts and accomplishments
of the uoa.

website with more information? My search on Google did not
return great results.

Yes, I do wish for standardization of observer procedures at
tournaments. In a way the UPA is providing a service, and
that service is lacking in many respects.

---the UOA is brining standardization....starting here at home.
observed Winter League now...
2 tournaments this past fall...
4 home tournaments this spring....and 3 on the road(ACC, Tally, Dave
Baldwin)...invited to others...
hopefully 8 UOA 8s tournaments on the road in the NorthEast and
NorthWest in the coming months.

What do you mean by outcome goals?

Like a goal of winning a certain number of games?
