UNC/NCState ACC Tournament Organizers!!!!

Hello UNC/NCState ACC Organizers,

I was asked by UNC's Noah Saul to organize the Observers for the ACC
Tournament...he wrote: We'd love to run it the same as last year
with active observer calls, timekeeping between pulls, yellow/red
cards, etc. Would you guys put together an UOA observer crew for it?)

I have 11 Observers lined up and will probably get a couple more.

I'd like to know if some folks NOT on my list, have contacted you guys
directly about observing games.

Also....i'd like to suggest going totally UOA in terms of experimental
rules and added observer duties.....
1-active travel
2-active stall count
3-active up/down
4-observer restarts after every stoppage
5-quick referal system on foul and pick calls

these....along with all the stuff that observers do by default now-a-
days.
