Dare I say it India are starting to look the better team.
Or at least a 1-1 series tie, paving way for a cracker of a tie-
breaker in Adelaide..
(I believe that T2 Sydney would have most probably been a draw had the
umpires goofed so badly.)

India definitely out bowled the Australians, though some Aussie
RSCer's
may not like to admit it. The pace bowling combo of RP Singh,
Pathan
and Ishant Sharma + spin of Kumble and Sehwag bowled better than
Lee, Clark and Johnson. Tait was pretty useless, Hogg would have
probably done a better job than him(with both ball and bat).
One wonders what could've possibly happened if Symonds hadn't been given out
LBW today, seeing as he hit the ball with his bat first. The Indian posters
in this newsgroup would be flooding the newsgroup with "the umpires are
supporting Australia" etc etc if the shoe was on the other foot, as they
have already previously demonstrated.
There, your post has been corrected.
One wonders what would have happened if Tendulkar was not
given out in I1, Ponting was given out in I2, Hussey was given
out in I2.
Symonds decision was NOT debatable and NOT controversial
since it would have been impossible for any umpire to have
seen the feather edge that late.
Its a complete non-issue.
Sydney test was marred by OBVIOUS decisions of catches
and stumping cheating by the third umpire Oxenford,
breaking the pact agreed to before the series by lying cheating
Ponting, bumped catches claimed by Ponting and Clarke,
Adam Gilchrists appeal for caught behind even though he saw
one foot space between bat and pad of Dravid, and finally
Mike Procters convicting Harbhajan WITHOUT any proof
based on one white man's word.
None of those things happened at Perth test.
Time for you to suck a lollipop and go to sleep.
Well done, India! To beat Australia, especially in Australia, is always
an achievement.

What you'll find from most Australians mate are a people who applaud a
winner. They applaud good innings, even boundaries and wickets are applauded
from an opposing team.
Looking at some of the one day footage in India there was dead silence at
the ground if the Aussies did anything (wicket, four) you could hear the
Aussies talking in the centre. Do Indian Fans really enjoy the sport or is
it all about winning? Do they applaud the other team's achievements?
Don't show yourselves to be poor winners, it demeans a great win. But it is
just a game, just sport.
Cheers,
Matt

Dumbcunt,
I already listed the problems per their priority in Sydney test
in a different thread.
Search and read it.
Secondly Indian team gave it back to the fucking cheating
chucking Aussies sissies.
Learn to live with it.

Honestly, I don't understand how you people can claim this after being
completely unable to bowl the opposition out. Do you not understand
how Test cricket works? You have to bowl the opposition out twice to
win.
>>

They were the better team in this Test match, and deserve their
victory. In the previous two they were the second best team and
deserved to lose.

This could have been the position had India not choked.

I wish it had been, but it wasn't because your team collapsed, you are
going to have to get over it. Maybe this result will help.

You don't understand Australians very well, I would suggest.most
Australian cricket followers will realise their side has been
outplayed in this match. It is Indians who look for excuses for
defeat, as has been well demonstrated recently.

India will remain a cricket minnow as long as it continues to make
excuses for its losses. India lost its chance of winning in Sydney by
being unable to bowl out the opposition, and then lost the Test by
itself being bowled out in the remaining time.

You left out your mother. Though I can understand the error.

Confused are you? Perhaps you need to rest your head on a busy highway,
sperm-breath.
Who cares? We've retained the Border-Gasbag trophy. We've just got another
reason to beat the shit out of you in the next test.
Now go wash your filthy, stinking left hand and learn to wipe your arse with
toilet paper.
After all it is the 21st century. How about joining the rest of us you
putrid, lying, scumbag.
Awesome show by the Indians. Well played!
I still want to see more use of the technology .. somewhat of an
appeal system to determine off-the-shoulder catches and off-the-bat
lbws.
Well, there have been some Australian posters who have
claimed that the Perth pitch has been "neutered" to favour
the Indians. These excuses started floating around a couple
of days back. I'm not saying all Aussie RSCer's are like that.
You, for example, have been gracious enough to admit that
Australia were outplayed in this match.
Got to admire your way with words.

Actually I'm quite eloquent with my prose, with the right people that is.
Except when dealing with complete, utter plonkers such as this pin-headed
extrusion who calls himself Jason Gillespie. (among other names)
I find it necessary to speak in the language that he can understand.
I would suggest that you don't understand Australians very well - or
at least pretend not to. The majority of Aussies criticised what
happened in T2 but unfortunately the majority of the outspoken Aussies
on RSC tried to convince eveybody that they were more blind than
Bucknor.
As to your last sentence, please inform me where "it is Indians who
look for excuses for defeat" for the Aussies in T3 :-)
As an Indian supporter, I am dismayed at the jingoistic element that
has started following Indian cricket with a passion. For them, you are
right, it is all about winning. There's a good sampling of them on
this newsgroup. But there is a less celebrated type of cricket fan in
India and I can assure you, they LOVE their cricket. Some of their
characteristics are:
1. They'll watch any cricket on TV (domestics, Zim vs BD, ICL,
anything) and can usually rattle off all sorts of obscure stats that
are jaw dropping.
2. They'll read any and all books, magazines etc on the game.
3. They warmly appreciate opposition player's landmarks
4. They passionately argue cricket strategy till the early hours of
the morning, and finally
5. Most of them are complete armchair cricketers. They've never played
any serious cricket in their life and are almost certainly afraid of
the cricket ball. They have little idea of how sweet a cover drive off
a quick bowler feels like and what courage it takes to face seriously
hostile bowling on dodgy wickets. But they will convince you they have
forgotten more about the game than you will ever know in your life!
But seriously, I was at a few ODIs over the past decade or so and
there *is* warm applause for boundaries and 50's when the opposition
is batting. Somehow it never comes across that way on TV...
Cheers,
Satya

Clearly English is not your first language, but you might find that
Babel Fish will help you to post something that makes some sort of
sense.

Thats the way Indian people as a whole are.
Steve Waugh helps the Indian Leper children, Shane Warne redirected money
from his childrens charity to help out in Sri Lanka.
Im wondering how many indian cricketers go to the outback to help the
aboriginal people who are finding times hard there?

They sure will if Australian companies give them million dollar
advertizing contracts like India did to Warne and Waugh.

Awwww, come here and give us a kiss.
Come on. This is twice you've posted this same shit in response.
If you're not going to put in the effort the decent thing to do would be to
piss off.
You twat.
From what I've been told by your mumma, you'd have to strap one on to even
be able to shag your hand.
Now piss off and let those who wish to talk about cricket do so without some
numb nuts like you dribbling shite.
Are you on drugs or what?
Why? You're such an easy prick to ridicule.
