1) 100, I'll fly down to Wellington and buy you a drink
2) 150, I'll fly down to Wellington and buy you a drink and dinner (3
course meal)
3) 200, I'll fly down to Wellington and buy you a drink, dinner (3
course meal) and roger you up the batty!

I know you were praying for that arse rogering Dungford (TM), but I

Yes, we knew that if Andrew replied then the spelling would be
